How “convenient” for this to happen while we are having not only high price problems, but lack of food in stores, a shortage of baby formula, and inflation. What do you think the odds are? 😒🤔

People you eat this Peanut Butter and you can’t spell it right, even with it being in video title. It’s JIF, that’s it, one F and there is no y in the title neither. JIF is also my favorite Peanut Butter, I am glad, I didn’t have any with those numbers. JIF is the Best Peanut Butter also for Homemade Baked Goods and, homemade candy! Wow! Hadn't heard of this till tonight. Our local Meijer's has been out of Jif peanut butter (all peanut butter) for longer than a month and just tonight they had a note posted that "Jif" , and Jif alone, "had been recalled". So upon getting home and doing a tad of reserch, discovered that peanuts from one of the larger peanut growers was recomending that peanuts used, sold, made into other things...from May 16th to June 3rd 2022 to be returned toss out,etc...due to possible sallmanila infection. Most of the time when foods are recalled you can't get away from it via the news and this time we didn't even hear about it. We don't even buy Romaine lettuce anymore due to how often its been recalled in the past. So how come we didn't know about this one?
People often wonder how veggies, fruits, things grown in feilds, how you get Sallmanilla posioning from them ? How many toilets and sinks do you see that pickers and other farm workers have access too while driving through farm lands? Not their fault. When nature calls out in the feild during an 8 to 10 hour shift one must releive themselfs somewhere. Not to sound crass but "don't shit (or piss) where you eat ". AND ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS! I feel badly for those works, everyone needs clean, stocked restrooms nearby. Farm OWNERS must supply these essentials. Food for thought? No pun intended?

I’ve experienced this situation previously and it’s horrible to consume citrus is the way to solve the effects of it. The solution by the manufacturer is to use a better seal on top of the jar . Obviously it’s becoming. contaminated by the poor quality of the seal at manufacture. Hope you get this info the loose seal is not providing the contamination to be addressed adequately. This was extreme in how the body is effected and very difficult to recover from . I was so sick from hydrologized peanut butter I’d thought I might die , wouldn’t wish that on anyone but citrus did the job and I’d felt better afterwards yet it took a lot out of me .
