- EuroMillions lottery players are being urged to check their tickets after a UK participant scooped a record jackpot of £195m, operator Camelot has said.
Tuesday's winning numbers have resulted in the biggest National Lottery win of all time.
The previous record-holders won £184m in May this year.

Q. Why isn't the prize structure such that it gives 195 ticket holders £1million?
A. Ticket sales would plummet to the extent that there wouldn't be enough money in the prize pot to pay out £195million.

What I would do is have a huge rucksack full of my cash and just randomly walk down my local town centre and start throwing free money out on the street for anyone to pick up and I would go to every small town in my country randomly without any planning and do the same. Never going to bother with euromillions again, kept the tickets me and two other family members bought since April, had a look at the amount of tickets we've accumulated and was shocked
450 euro gone down the drain all in the hope of winning, my advice is if you do decide to play, get multiple lines once a year or every few years and hope for the best, your odds will increase significantly although they'll still be small
