Where did you get the extra self from? Also check out the Megulla Rechargeable Motion Sensor LED Strip Lights. Those are what I have and it works well.
Just bought my 12-30 Winchester safe as an overflow for my larger safe. Didn't evpect to get 12 long guns in it but it fits my overflow guns + ammo . Light enough (212 lbs) for two adults to handle it. Price & quality fit my needs...
@@OEDArms Yes, at least I have them on mine. There should be 2 allen screws holding each tab in place. There is 1 at the top left hand side of the door and 1 at the bottom left hand side of the door.
Great video!! Yes all safes seem to not be 100% guaranteed as far as someone trying to break in them… but Love the lights… do u know the link on Amazon where u purchased them? Thanks
Would u say 2 shotguns and 3 ar15 would fit perfectly or just go with a 20 gun safe? I like your ideas and i am having a baby soon and want to keep my firearms lock safe away. Great video btw
The safe is great for shotguns and hunting rifles. But once I started adding optics and attachments to my AR 15 it became tricky. If I was to add another AR it would fit but I would have to pull that out to get to my other rifles/shotguns. Honestly for why I own I believe its maxed out. I think it your situation it would work but look a little crowded. Good news is for a first safe it's pretty affordable and once you outgrow it convert it to an overflow or ammo storage.
Yeah I have a field and stream 24 gun safe from Dicks sporting goods and it does not fit 24 guns lol. I have 6 pistols and maybe 6 long guns in it. Mind you they all have scopes or red dots on them which is why but it's been good the last 7 years I've had it but I just bought a house so I want to get a bigger safe now
Thanks for the video. I read in a few reviews that the door is so heavy that when you open it, the safe wants to tilt forward (if it's not bolted to the floor, which I don't plan on doing) Did you have that issue at all? Debating between this one and the next size up (TS26-45).
I've had the 26 gun safe for going on 2 years now and never had that problem. If someone did have that problem there floor wasn't level before they even got the safe to begin with.
Good to know I’m hoping this one lasts. From what I’ve heard is people are having problems with the electronic lock. Which can be easily replaced so I’m not concerned with that.
I don’t regret the one I bought. It’s big enough for me for now. I move around the states a lot and did not want to go bigger and have it be a pain. Once I out grow it the safe will become a Ammo safe and I’ll buy a bigger one to grow into.
@@OEDArms czcams.com/video/FyObFaxn8v8/video.html is the video in question. The safe poorly designed and should not be considered a storage location for firearms in any place where small children are at.
Thank you I just saw the video. I didn't know that the safe was that vulnerable. Luckily, I do not have kids, but if I did, I'm sure they would be smart enough to find this video. Thank you for your viewership I will put this information out in future videos.
@@OEDArms picked mine up after work that same day I commented and I’m loving it. I already have power ram through and it’s doing everything I wanted effortlessly.
I just got this 3-4 days ago. Picked up an a extra shelf. Very pleased with it. Now to figure out lighting.

If you have want to do it on a budget pick up some motion sensor lights from a 5 below and buy 1 or 2 extra just in case the crap out
@@OEDArms great video. Did you ever find out where to purchase an extra shelf. I could use a half shelf or a shelf with a long gun cutout. Thanks.

Exactly my thinking minus not having a bigger safe yet haha. Once that happens this will be an overflow ammo safe. Thank you!
There should be adjustable tabs where the locking bars engage. These will take care of the play in the door.
I looked today. I didn’t see any tabs. Are they on the Winchester?
@@OEDArms Yes, at least I have them on mine. There should be 2 allen screws holding each tab in place. There is 1 at the top left hand side of the door and 1 at the bottom left hand side of the door.
Wow! I didn't realize they could be adjusted for that purpose. I just ajusted mines and there is almost no more play in the door! Thanks for the tip!
May I make a suggestion. Upgrade that key override cam lock. The tubular lock they provide isn’t very secure.
Thank you I'll have to try one out. Where do I pick one up???

No I did not have that issue. I also have mine loaded down with some ammo.

What's the brand of the strip lighting on amazon? Thanks for the review. I got the winchester safe as well and want that lighting system.
Motion sensor closet lights From Megulla. I may grab one more for extra light.
If you bolt it to the floor, which you can, it'll be hard to steal.
Yeah Shitty part is I live in a rental property 🤮. It definitely needs bolted to the floor. Haha
Probably should of bought a safe before buying more than a few firearms 😅
Now I’m looking for a good safe that doesn’t cost an arm and leg.
Hahaha I definitely understand.
I made the same mistake. I’m 2.5k into guns, but no safe
Think I'm going to buy this. Can you put all the accessories you added in the bio if you get a chance.

Do you have some sort of base under the safe? I picking this same safe up next week
Mine has a metal base. It raises it about 4 Inches off the ground.
Are you related to Juan from the Channel "Thatwasepic"?
Hahaha I wish, that dudes hilarious 😂 🤣
how heavy was it to move? I have to bring it up a flight of stairs in my apartment. did you bolt it down?
It’s a little over 200 lbs my
Wife and I carried it up the stairs together. I did not bolt it down or plan to.
There is a video opening this storage cabinet with a wire hanger in 5 seconds online now.

I'm finally in the market for a safe, i refuse to get a firearm with out a safe.
I hear you. This safe is a great starter safe until you fill it up. Then it can double down as a ammo or overflow safe later down the road.

Yeah, I understand. Just so happens I have a bunch of pistols, so it works. If I had more long guns with optics, I would be screwed.
optics are nonsence WTF
