I work in powersports/sled sales and this was the most informative thing I've ever watched. Thank you, Gord.

Do you recommend having the dual carbide setup with the pilot x skis? I’ve got the same sled coming in for the fall except with 600 engine

That’s what I used this past season. I like to ride fast on the trails. So I personally would like to have 6 inches of 60 degree carbide on a square host bar. The outside carbide I use is a round host bar with 4 inches of 90 degree carbide. It’s important to put this on as soon as possible when you get your new sled as the plastic groove will wear down quickly with no runner . Best of luck with your new sled That 600 engine is a jewel!

Is the front sag supposed to be set with the rider on the sled aswell?
