Combined and mechanized units are plagued by the problem of armor squads playing WT style game, or vice versa - deaf and blind infantry.
But cases of good coordination are not too rare, and there is one in place - infantry can push out enemies to the last point while AFVs clean up all the mess/patrol surrounding area.
I once played a match with my friends, 3-maninng ZBD04. I was vic’s commander and in commander’s spot, while frens occupied driver’s seat and gun. Ended up supporting a little bit push out to the actual point, banished away Stryker, and demolished TOW position. Rearmed and repaired at conveniently built and constantly refueled rep station. And prevented enemy infantry from digging down our radio on defensive point as well as stopping further advance. The map was Talil, so it is not surprise, we had easier time operating almost on our own (although allies moved in after initial deflection to restore FOB). And in the very end we sent in three ATGMs at Abrams tank in an ambush position from an ambush position of our own (hehe), but it only forced it to retreat. Still good enough to render it unoperational.
Went 0 deaths. Maybe 1, when I tried to repair engine.
this unit type series needs to be mandatory viewing before players are allowed to vote.
Deny blueberries their right to vote haha I like it
I love These Tutorials great work man keep it up 👍

너무 감사합니다 😘 대한민국 필승!
Nice
first comment, dope video as always
Which is the more versatile unit in your opinion? Motorized or Combined Arms?
In general, I'd say a Combined Arms unit with available wheeled AND tracked armor would be more versatile than a Motorized unit with JUST wheeled IFVs/APCs. However, the factions aren't set up universally so some units lack one or the other type of vehicle. Even some of the "Mechanized" assets are wheeled. It really depends, but yeah overall I'd opt for both types of vehicles on my team if I were to solely aim for versatility.
Do you have any server recommendations for servers with good commanders and people working together ? I used to play potato fields mostly but that was hit and miss
Unfortunately, I too have been unable to find reliable servers with adequate leadership. That's actually a main concept in the next video I'm working on. However, I can recommend a few approaches to you that have helped me: More often than not, the servers with large queues tend to have 'better' players, but sometimes the wait is unbearable and not worth it in the end.. an inherent risk. The time of day also plays a large role in how communicative players are as it seems late nights foster a quieter bunch. Finally, and it may just be my habit, but I find better luck avoiding any servers titled 'new player friendly' and such. Hope this helps you.
Someday I would really enjoy building a community and hosting a server for likeminded players that aims to bridge the gap between casual and milsim gameplay.
