EPIC FIGHT!! I think this round had it all, tbh. Amazing tank fights, clutch infantry plays, close tickets.. suuuper fun to watch!
Love your videos, im a subscriber, with some input. If you're going to watch the armored battle, turn on the hud so we can see what the infantry is doing in the meantime.
Reasons:
1. What bridges have been taken over and by who
2. Are flanks being established
3. Is the fight happening straight up the middle ?
4. Any super fobs being built?
5. AT squads defending the flag?

Eye in the sky is like watching chess or an ant farm, and zooming in on only the winged ants without seeing the others is a buzz kill. Pun intended.
A minimap would be great, or maybe a companion video to play side by side of the map displaying both teams. Would double viewership for Moi and make him a little more cash. $$$
I wish I could. Unfortunately, there's no real HUD to show what's happening and if I overlay the minimap it can cut into the shot. And if I keep the outlines on all the time the videos/shorts tend to perform poorly.
I'm going to look into getting another instance of Squad going to just record the map. Might be a good way to overlay it and edit it in as needed!
@@MoiDawgI think it would be very advisable to go to a “two-camera setup” that allows for much better editing by providing options in every “scene”.
Of course, ideally that means two camera operators but if you’re able to ghost op the “B” cam, then your “A” cam can stay with whatever onscreen action it’s following.
More resources, and more work, I know. However, if it’s a feasible option for you, from a purely filmmaking perspective (and I know this ain’t actual filmmaking, y’all, so don’t @ me bro), it would increase the production value and narrative flow of the game coverage.
(Heck, if I had the means, I’d volunteer some time to be the “B” cam op. Alas, alack!)
@@MoiDawg You are always covering details that matter, All Armor matters....so i'm not complaining. As Angelo said, a second "camera" would be a highly probable answer. They just don't have to narrate as they/them 😅 would leave that up to you. P.s. when I mentioned "HUD" I meant when you show the highlights or names of the players. Thought that would suffice rather than a second camera. Which would still be awesome.
The leopard is such an easy ammo rack the only place to use it is super long range if you cant get a hull down. Its ammo hit needs to be a little smaller

I like what you said about the layers, that many games play like the armor squads are playing world of tanks and you only see and hear from them in staging, after that never again.
Honestly the Eastern Alliance, when using their IFVs properly, have a huge advantage over the Canadians. Mainly with a stabilised BMP1.
This is why Prince Assur is my favorite deck in the game. Three tanks, two IFVs with ATGMs and 2 MTLB-M 6MA with the S-8 rockets that absolutely demolish lightly armored vehicles (like Coyotes) at short range. It's just a massive armored fist that you can slam onto an objective to immediately win it.

These ammo racks are getting lame, IMO. Especially with the Leopard you might as well just give the other team 15 tickets if you come across an enemy tank. Leopards and Abrams have blow-out panels that deflect explosions if the ammo compartment ignites. I would suggest a re-work so that instead of losing the entire tank, you lose the rounds in storage and take damage, but not catastrophic. The only problem with this is lack of balance if you're trying to keep it somewhat realistic, as not all faction tanks would have blow-out panels.
Honestly I wish they'd just re-work armor damage models entirely.
Sometimes mutaha RAAS is very fun. Other times you just have enemy armor sitting on the outskirts of the city camping your main without “technically” camping your main

MEA tank unit is a bit op, you have 2 good tanks in the t72s and a t 62 on top of that and you also have a bmp 1 and 2 which both have atgms and are both good
Yeah they have a bit too much armor and firepower,,a bit too OP
MEA armored is decently balanced, It's just that Canada armored sucks ass because their vehicles overall are fairly weak both in armor and in firepower. Canada should be played motorized IMO.
Btw, just compare MEA armored to China, Russia, VDV, USA and USMC armored specs, those are the real scary killers.

Last two videos have had very clear examples of this as well. Staring at TOW vehicles not even lined up in the right position to ambush tanks, meanwhile the fight for the active objective is happening.
I would assume the reason has to do with the camera. The spectator camera has to be flewn into position, so snapping into action is not possible. He has to direct what people see, anticipating what could happen and what could be cool to see. If he tried to fly between different spots of action chasing fights he could end up showing us nothing but clouds. Granted sometimes he is waiting for things to happen just for them to never happen, but its kinda like trying to know the future. You can't 😅

Terrible macro for CAN, all they had to do was support infantry so they could flank police, they tried operating alone against an enemy with superior numbers
MEA is super fun, if not for their horrible main rifle G3, an entire faction would be getting picked and played way more often.
If only at least some of their roles got access to something like AK-103 in 7.62x39 ...
The G3 is a powerful rifle meant for 100+ meter engagements. It doesn't do good in CQB. Keep your stamina up and your firefights at range. Play differently, and you will enjoy it a lot more.
@@brendan6299 that's the thing like... not all fights are being dictated by you, sometimes enemy chooses where and when you'll have to fight, sometimes the point is inside of a CQC area, sometimes an entire map is just one continuous door kicking session. Sure, the open field you'll do fine, but other rifles are not so much worse at ranges and usually even have some better scopes.
The problem of MEA is that yes, your infantry does well in long range battles, however, fields are usually not being won by guys with rifles as more often than not it all comes down to fire support from MGs, GL, vehicles, mortars , artillery, smoke usage and closing into close range with enemy. Yes, as a regular infantry guy, most of the time, your task is to close in and take the position, but your gun sucks in that most common situation.
Funny how Turkey also gets 7.62x51 primary, but their rifle is way more wieldy, has significantly lower kick, better RoF, superior optics AND as a faction, Turks have access to CQC specialist such as automatic grenade launcher, raider with SMG and even MG3 spam helps a lot in close ranges, which is just funny. Turkey is considered one of the strongest anti-infantry factions, while MEA sucks ass at that, despite both having 7.62x51 main rifles.

The closest game to this is Hell Let Loose and i have full respect for that game but for my case i would like a modern large scale shooter that aint Battlefield.
