hard to tell but I think the black plates are 20 + 5 + 10 Kg maybe? = 90 with the bar. yellow = 20? green = 10? = 140KG? anyone else got an opinion? He's also bouncing off his chest so is cheating a bit honestly.
EDIT: Green does = 10, paused it on whoever is doing cleans

@@justpgit I could be wrong, but my Uni Gym in Glasgow uses the rubber coloured plates, so including the Bar, I would say 170kg; 2x10kg(Green), 2x15kg(Yellow), 2x20kg(Black), 2x5kg(thin Black),2x25kg(first Black plate). Gives me food for thought, as that's an unconventional why to load them in that order. I agree Sam's form is pretty woeful, which is consistent with the other ABs gym sessions I've watched.

Joe Moody has to be the most overrated player in rugby union.
To think that he took over Tony Woodcock, now that was one great loose head together with Frank boys. I won't say All Blacks are struggling with world-class props but Boks have better stocks at moment.
Southern Hemisphere let's go.... Australia and Argentina come on.
