6 - 8 months to investigate ONE case on average?! Tell me you're either incompetent and/or that you LOVE wasting other people's (taxpayers) money without telling me that you're incompetent and/or love wasting taxpayers money! 145 open cases, at an average of 6 months of investigations per case = 290 months, or just over 24 YEARS of investigations! Does that seem logical?!
