- A brief introduction about my ACDF surgery and a bit about how my life is today. This video was filmed in November 2019. I spent a total of 7 weeks at a Brain & Spine rehabilitation hospital. This is my first video EVER...well....by myself anyway lol, and I hope this helps someone....for that’s my soul’s purpose, to help others heal through horrors, illness and other hardships. I appreciate only positivity and will respond to that, negative comments won’t be given any of my energy...I’m here to help and if I can I will do so with a grateful heart!!!
