I’m primarily here to empower other Native women through videos that help raise vibrational frequency and overflow your current consciousness with beauty and positivity. I’m a grandmother and I am just like you...an eternal spiritual being having a temporary human experience. Through hardships of many kinds I have some helpful advice and I totally understand sadness, self-pity, anger and all that....I’m so different now. I’m happy, I’m powerful, beautiful and most of all I am me and I am pretty happy with who I AM.
I am all about love, forgiveness and presence. Join me as I continue to discover life’s beauty. How to start healing Native America, through compassion
As a Native American woman, I not only carry my own traumas but I carry my ancestors traumas just as well. Trauma, is not only in our mindset, it is also in our physical DNA or mentality and above all it is in our spirituality. So many of us, whether we be adopted or an urban Indian… We are disconnected. How do we get back? It takes, courage to speak. Courage to own our own tole in our traumas. Courage to CHANGE. It is NOT easy, it hurts beyond verbal expression, but it can happen. Healing is a gift. Healing is so beautifully received by me and I’m so willing to give it back in ways I only know how to. By speaking….and no longer turning the other cheek. I will do everything I can to, compassionately stand up for….not only myself, my children, my grandchildren, but most of all and most importantly my people. All my Red Nation people.

I wish i could talk to you. CZcams deleted my comment abt my baby girl passing - she was 3 wks old and it’s been so hard. It hasn’t even been two weeks. I would love for you to pray for me or with me. Because losing a child….I’m using this meditation however. I’m ready to release things that have been setting me back because she wasn’t ready yet - because i have to do this work first
