Today's recipe is Ande ki mithai or Egg sweet with rich taste of eggs and ghee and dry fruits
Do try this recipe
Ingredients for Ande ki mithai:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoon semolina
100g khoya /mawa
3/4 th cup sugar/As per your taste
100g soaked almonds/badam
100g pure ghee
Kesar food colour 2 pinch
3 pinch cooking soda
