Can we add one tspoon of baking soda to make it a little more spongy and to give it a cake like texture?
To enjoy the authentic taste & texture pls skip baking soda. Trust me you won't regret! ♥️
In otg which level v want to bake bottom top or middle pls. tell me
Place the batter tin on middle rack.. pre heat otg at 180°C for 15 minutes, only the bottom rods.. bake for 45 minutes..
Are u from Chikmagalur
Yes
Pls tell that we can make this otg if ss pls tell temperature and timing pls
Yes sure... Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes..
Awesome
Thank you 😊
Why can we blend whole mixture in blender
The texture will turn cakey if you blend it. It's original texture is crumbly. ❤️
Do we also need to add coal at the bottom?
Yes you can, if you don't cook it on stove top..
Can we make this in microwave oven? If yes which mode to set and timings for preheated oven
Yes you can... In convection mode, preheated at 180°C for 45-50 minutes until golden brown colour on top
@@MyLadleMagic Thank you I'll try this btw preheat for 15 min ryt?
Yes
Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu dear sis,i tried this recipie ,taste was yummulicious ,got over in half a day he he,bt i remember dis recipie as being cut in piecess like cake bt this turned to be like crumbled not properly cut into pieces,is the recipie to be same?
Walaikumassalaam wrb.
Alhamdulillah glad you liked it ❤️
The texture varies with just the use of blender. If you beat the mixture, it will turn cakey & you get perfect cut pieces. That's the only difference & rest of the recipe is same.. in sha Allah ❤️
This is authentic traditional recipe by my Grandmother.
When i made this it came out like a cake..... Can anyone tell me what mistake i did here ..
