Looks to me as the guys just grew up from a teenager into a young man. That’s what happens, you face changes, including clearing up of skin problems, it’s pretty common and natural evolution.

Lotta people overcomplicate mewing. Just close your mouth and breath from your nose; that's it! You'll naturally start to place your tongue in the right place as long as you slowly increase the daily time you nose breath in. Once your tongue is in the right place, it will place pressure on your upper palate and the magic will take place over time. Might be weeks, months, or years! But it's so worth it.

Don't ignore fillers, jaw surgery or filter on video because they're all a possibilty. If you're past an age like 18, it won't work. Your bones are too hardened at that point. This only works on people below 18.

As someone who's already an adult, yes this still helps and yes it actually works but this isn't an exercise. You need to understand this is a lifelong change and it'll take time to adjust and or do it properly. Remember to press the back of the tongue not just the tip up, and just as importantly keep your head up and neck straight. Deshrimpify yoself-
