This just works my double chin even better,what i do is to put my lower jaw slight in the front,flex your jaw just like how you do when your angry,and suck the sides of your jaw juet below the bottom part or your ear and there
Mewing is just a type of life not a workout, you need to stop breathing with your mouth and put your tongue in the position explained in the video for the rest of your life, this will become natural But spoiler alert this shit is not like you think it just help you suck the skin under your head but it don't make jawline really that good

When I stick my tongue completely to my throat, I can't breathe, my nasal passages are closed (I breathe through my nose), so I don't stick the back of my tongue completely.
