The theory of the functional matrices of Moss state that there are functional groups of different tissues like bone, muscles, mucosa, etc., can form what he says a "functional matrix" that act as a unit of development, and they influence each other. Mewing basically is an internet term that basically refers to the relation between the tongue and the palate as part of the functional matrix that affects the development of palatal expansion through the palate suture and the forward expansion of the maxillas through their positioning. Mewing is basically training your tongue and giving it function to modify this matrix and make it more functional.

the presure in the two sentences means different, the first one he means you shouldn't be holding your tongue on the roof of your mouth with presure instead make a vaccum in your mouth then it will be easier to maintain, and in this video he means when you use vaccum to hold your tongue on the roof of your mouth it automatically inters presure to the maxilla for sure
Yeh mate! I've been doing this continuously since last month or say 30-40 days, and with time you'll feel it! The process and eventually it'll become habitual , I doubt if I do this sleeping, but it'll soon be confirmed, it takes time and dedication , good luck

I think you will be alright,you would had problems if you had extracted 1 or 2 of your 4 teeth. Usually these teeth don't play any role when chewing

the braces will make your upper palate more narrow and it will make mewing a harder thing to do because you don't have enough space for your tongue on your upper palate

When I first started, I also couldn't breath because of pushing my tongue, but after some time(for me it was like 30 minutes, I don't know how long it will take for you) I found the right way to push the back of my tongue and could breath normally. You need to find that position where you could push the back of your tongue and breath easily.

the upper teeth should be placed on and infront of lower teeth in a slight touch but first you should check whether you have teeth problems like overbite underbite ,if yes then you can't force your teeth too much to maintain this position

At the moment I have braces and do mewing. I don't know if it's safe , but after learning about mewing it shouldn't be a problem, still, be cautious as I don't have the experience to assure you if it's safe.
Also don't expect to have these amazing results that many people who preach about mewing (Speaking from a logical viewpoint). You aren't guaranteed to have these results, because of genetics. Getting a sharp jawline, but having a recessed one is in many cases impossible to get it through mewing or orthodontic treatments. Only through surgery.

My sutures were still allowing for growth in my maxilla at 16 and 17 years old. All I did was apply the right pressure. That's how my palate literally expanded visibility over the course of a year and my head got more square
