I bought the permier set thank for showing how to play.
Awesome! Hope it helped! I am waiting for boosters to be available and once I get my hands on some I’ll do another video with them. Please sub to my channel to get notified when I do! Thanks
I just picked up the base set and a handful of both light and dark side boosters. I would have expected to have Kylo Ren since they have Rey. Would have been nice to see another bounty hunter or a knight of Ren. Maybe they are saving those for wave2. As I'm not seeing a lot of these base sets sell I'm guessing it won't last long. I hope they make the wave 2 boosters not a blind box. I would buy more characters if i could see what I'm getting.
100% agree.
Nice review. I agree the text and gameplay are more than a typical 7 year old can fully grasp, but every child is different. If your child regularly plays strategy games, they can figure this one out.
Yes I couldn't agree more. I think think on average the age may be a bit higher. I will be doing a full review once I get some boosters, please stick around for that. I will actually do a score. I am new to the video/review game so learning and having fun. More to come! The next one will be the new game "Minotaur."
Not sure if I have to comment here or a 3rd video.
Sorry it’s another one! Hasn’t been edited down yet ;) will post tomorrow
My 6 and 8 year olds are able to play this quite easily.
Thanks for the comment! That’s great! My 10 year old can play easily (we’ve played after this video). However, my 6 year old still needs help. This isn’t a coop game he and can’t fully play solo so he can’t fully play. Even if a kid can read there can be some complicated decisions to make for little ones. I personally think the 7+ is too low and they placed that on there for the miniatures mostly. I think it’s more like a 9-10+. Y’all enjoying it? Looking forward to the boosters?
@@thediminutivesoldier we ended up getting rid of it tbh, my 8 year old thought it was too simple ad the 6 year old just prefers the Pokemon TCG and other games more.
Seems likely we would just play Shatterpoint or something with real decision space.
@@cjpeach11 That was fast! Even before boosters came out to fully play it! My 10 year old likes Pokemon cards but it's a pretty dull game imo. We don't really play, she just collects. I am very excited for Shatterpoint! I preordered everything and can't wait!
