I bought one to play traditional japanese themed music. Combine it with a tc driver and it sounds amazing. Definitely another great little box of joy from TC electronic. 🤘😁

Just got the pedal, not very good sadly. The sound you hear on this video is about as good as you can get in. Turn the rerevb up and it's very messy, Turn it down and just about where it gets nice it just cuts out altogether. Not sure if I have a dodgy one but mine is basically only useful from position 0 to 1 and rubbish from 2 to 10. This coming from someone who likes a lot of reverb :( I don't leave bad reviews often.
You guys finally got it right. Your previous reverb pedals such as hall of fame did not sound right to me. In this video reverb and distortion sound exactly to inspire. To me it's the sound of 808 and Dispatch Mater.
How do i get rid of that annoying popping/clicking sound running through the speaker every time I stomp into the box? All TC Electronic pedals have the same issue? Is there a way to solve it?
I'm struggling with this pedal, and many others for spring, to me sounds more like a bathroom reverb. The best setting is Reverb almost full and a little bit of mix. And a use a compressor volume after to get things tight. I always run a Alien Verb (brazilian awesome one knob pedal) and nothing can beat it. But I keep it, 'cos is the best 'reverb to go' in the market with studio quality.
Sounds great, and that for... what, like 40 Dollars or something?... I can't exactly say the Spring setting sounds much like a spring, it doesn't have that "twang" or "drip", but my real spring tank in my amplifier is actually also quite subtle like that. It's still usable. And again, the price...

Hey, I'm writing about the "SKYSURFER REVERB tc electronic" guitar effects I purchased. I have inserted the recommended (NEW) 9V battery. The effect only worked properly for a moment and then the light from the bulb started to flash, the guitar signal disappeared, there was a heartbeat sound repeating. The cables are fine, the battery is new. I also checked the device with a friend, experienced musician. Same. It worked fine for a few minutes ... I was looking for a solution on the internet. Several people had the same problem. Unfortunately, I could not find a cause or solution. Do you have any idea? Regards. PS. I must add that when you click "off" the guitar sounds (clean sound). When you click "on" again, there is no sound again, the bulb flashes etc.
Does anyone know if the Skysurfer could be used to add reverb to vocals (where the PA head doesn't offer reverb), assuming the use of a proper impedance-matching adapter on the (XLR) mic as it goes into the Skysurfer's (quarter-inch) input?
The decay is garbage. The mix is really wet when above 9:00. And the spring setting sounds nothing like a nice, beefy spring . The pedal gives just some slight texture and can get some nice reverb-distorted sounds.

I have one. Its great. And very versatile. Can get a bit too washy but if you take care with the mix setting there's lots of lovely reverb sounds

yep i dont like to color my gain channel with noise,, the tc G-MAJOR was the best verb i eva herd, to bad there was no wet dry mix :(

dududeds I think the Hall mode can be used as a nice reverb for shoegaze. I’ve always used the Hall function of my rv5 for it, it’s great

Fresh strings and single coil guitar into a clean channel of an amp (cleaner the better) and a reverb pedal like this one. Play light and dynamically.
