If they hit you for 75% headshots in one burst of damage then they are more than likely cheating. Don't get me wrong people are insane at this game skill wise, and I get dumped on all the time.
What do you think they should do with ballistic to make him better? I wish his Q was better and his ult came back just a little faster maybe like 1:30. Also wish his third weapons was a little easier to use. Side not I wish on weapons like the havoc I could take off the scope and run iron sights.
I wouldn't be surprised that the game doesn't purposely give you bad matches or puts you in positions where you're going to lose. Because there is a form of predictive aggregorithm that the game employs. Because I've seen the game give the kill to the other player.
