we need a single phase 100a version of this - as my et112 is slow to react in ESS mode over modbus. English is good!
As others have said, English is fine. It is also possible to reserve an IP address for the device, so the device will always get the same IP, even if it restarts, or power is lost (this is done on the router, not the device), so no problem leaving DHCP enabled.
we need one more ROLE: Bidirectional EV Charger (to measure forward and reverse energy)
Great video - really appreciate the insight. On my boat I have 2 single phase AC line inputs. Can I connect the device with 2 of the current transformers as 2 single phase channels and get both of my line inputs? From what I have read in the manual and from the video it doesn't look like that is possible.

just have a question I love to use it for monitor my single phase 3rd party hybrid inverter and I like to be able to use one clamp on power in, one clamp on power out and 3 clamp will be great if can somehow measure DC so can be installed on PV input 🙈. The question is can I choose on software side when select ROLE to PV inverter what each clamp is monitoring ?

Hi there, not yet :) You can use it in 1 phase and 3 phase at this moment. Software will be updated in future but I have no news now.
Hello and good video! Can you explain what the K and L means on the clamps? Which direction is the right one? K pointed to grid an L pointed to the house or?
From K > L, where L = load and K = grid

Tnx, well still very unsure if its possible to use the divice without other Victron stuff, while it looks like the manual means its possible the always talk about "the GX" .
I think that go for a Shelly Pro 3em thats make it more economic than buying 2 Victron devices and make it more complex anyway.
Hello, yes indeed you need a GX device in order to see all statistics on their platform VRM. If you don’t have any Victron equipment Shelly is a good solution because has WiFi and all data are sent to their app.
i cant really sure if the meter is installed as gridmeter to the incoming grid in the house will it messure the incoming power and also power whats returns to the grid by my solarsystem? when return power to the grid it shows negative power? i like to use this meter as standalone gridmeter over my lan without GX or any other Victron device. Thanks!
You install it directly after your electricity meter and it measures vector power. So it measures both negative and positive values, sums them and sends the result to the GX. So if your solar is sending power back to the grid it will know - that's the whole point of ESS - it will try to use that excess solar to say, charge your battery if that's more economical.

I have a question, after i set up my meter, i set my cerbo for external meter, but i cannot see any values, i see it shows critical loads ands ac loads, but no value at the ac loads,
The meter is connected to lan? Do you see his Ip?
@@thecstechvideos Hi, no the meter is connected via rs485 to USB, i would assume it has to be on LAN to see the values?

You can use now just in 1 phase or 3 phase. Software will be updated periodic for new features, but I have not news now :)
you skipped a very important point, L1 must be behind 500mA fuse
