I came across the concept of chakras in 2019 but my mind could not comprehend it or accept it and now in 2024 I finally got it and its thanks to you beautiful Teal Swan .. my best life is starting now .. thank you from the bottom of my heart. love from London

2:58 the 3 biggest causes of blockages to the crown chakra are secular thinking, disbelief or distrust in spirituality, source energy or the eternal self and betrayal.
I started meditation two days ago. I wanted to do it for thirty mins just for relaxing. But, at some point, I came to see the purple and a perfect round shape appearing in the darkness. I could vividly see its clear shape that comes up in my eyes. It appears and spreads over as if it disseminates into my consciousness. And, I shared this extraordinary phenomenon with my girlfriend. I told her, "maybe this is the first encounter with my soul". However, she searched up with skepticism and shared the information about the color of souls and meanings of each color. Then, I have come to learn that it is quite rare to experience seeing color of soul. I have been always a firm believer in spirituality. But I did not know that I was closed to it. I should have done it earlier. Now, I will try to make a habit of meditating. One thing that I did during meditation was that I constantly thought about "Peace", "Smile", "Harmony", "Happiness", and "Love".
I was also going to say that I have been unconsciously doing most of these exercises on my own throughout my life. Without knowing that these were the exercises to open crown chakra. For example the NG sound, my mother and I are very vocal with sound and fluid with dance, more so than speech. So we always make sounds like that out of playfulness, I never knew that is what it meant. I also have a tendency to not eat because it feels better when I don't eat for long periods of time, than when I eat consistently , depending on the day and mood. Also all the visualizations I have been visualizing all sorts of wonderful things since I can remember in my mind. Always exploring colors and dimensions. I remember being in school locked in those four walls completely zoned out into my own dream world. Daydreaming helped me survive difficult circumstances in my life. It also explains my obsession with anime and deep appreciation for it in my life. Thank you for shining light into our being with your knowledge and consciousness Teal. LOVE & PEACE!

How do you activate the crown chakra?
I went through a lot betrayal and find me always raising my eyebrows because my head was just so tense. Before the betrayal I was at a place in my life were I lived with purpose and love and held compassion for a lot of people. I did the sound thing and wow wow wow. I'm now a big believer of chakras!! It makes sense now. Thank you Teal!!
I would love to know more how to protect myself from energies I dont want to experience?
easy, just dont believe you need protection, like attracts like, so if you are negative you will attract negative. If you are positive then negative cant reach you, you would be too far out of reach.
Through my experience working with chakras, opening the crown chakra does not attract negative entities. It actually brings to awareness the entities that are already there that we failed to acknowledge for lack of insight. It may freak out the people that are not ready to realize it their "truth". When yours begins to open, others begin to see the light as well and it creeps everyone out because they themselves start to come to realize more light. But as the saying goes, "it takes one soul for the universe to become healed." Your healing heals them as well. Look at it like the Yin Yang. Where there's light, the dark wants to balance. Where there's dark, the light wants to balance. So if you put a Saint next to Hitler, You can only imagine the cosmic shuffle between that environment. The extremity of light and dark trying to meet in one balance.

Live As If You Are Dying firstly according to metaphysics we are all god, just our access to the knowledge was disabled to enter this reality. Secondly the concept of everything existing is linked to imagination, since anything you can imagine apparently exists somewhere in another dimension. To know what exists in our current reality is the tricky part but to some level I think its possible. Proving it not so much, since peoples beliefs are rather good blockers.
Live As If You Are Dying yeah I agree, like if all truths were true, depends on what truth you want to experience. I guess opposing truths to other people is like pushing against their chosen experience, the friction is maybe generating the anger response.
I have only recently discovered Teal and she resonates with me so much that she has improved my life. 🙏 so much Teal. Love light and eternal happiness ❤️
(8/7/22, Sunday) been working on my chakras based on the day which brings me here now. I like to do it this way so each day I can focus on each specific chakra and thus put more energy into each. Been feeling the same way I did as a child, before I was indoctrinated in school. Thanks for the video.

When I am in alignment with myself and aware of my thoughts and surroundings there is this feeling on the top of my head when it feels like it’s open and ready to receive. I didn’t know anything about chakras before but now I understand that was my crown chakra. Thank you🙏🏻

Nobody is talking about danger which comes with it. I tried it once and then i could not sleep for two weeks after i got sooo much energy from the universe. Trust me, you don' t want to go mad because of that.
One time I tried doing a visualization of my crown chakra opening up like a huge lotus flower, with white light energy poring into it. I tried it during a daytime astral projection attempt and found that it created increased body vibrations. So I kept doing it for maybe about 20 minutes off and on. Afterwards, I felt nauseated and light-headed for about and hour or 2. But I've tried it a few times since for much shorter times with no ill effects.
Thank you Teal, this came at just the right moment and I'm now aware the Crown is what my Higher-Self is calling me to focus on. I've recently been humming "NG" naturally, while at work or in my car.

I'd add a couple of things Teal didn't mention. Make sure you are very grounded when you work with the crown (or any chakra) as it keeps you in your body. Staying in your body keeps you consciously in charge of what you are doing.
Bringing your crown chakra into alignment with source is not the same as having it wide open. You can have your crown about 10% open and be in alignment with source. At 10% you can also be focused on the aspect of your information that relates to you in this life.
Opening your crown up really wide when you do not yet own your body or energy field (& most people do not) can open the door to foreign energy or channeling other entities. You need to be senior in your space and know yourself and your system really well.
I see many people in my practice who are overwhelmed and confused because they mistakenly believed to "advance on their spiritual path" they needed to open up their crown. As they aren't grounded enough, they lose their space and get inundated with so much external energy and information they lose their clarity and focus.
So if you are new to this work (& I mean consciously manipulating your energy) then I recommend focusing on learning to ground first. Then on healing your crown by "unblocking" it from self-limiting beliefs & "foreign" energy. Reveal yourself by letting go of what is not you. Get to know yourself and your "God."
"Spiritual mastery" has more to do with knowing yourself - which leads to being in control of your energy field and your chakra system.
Yes - you can achieve different "results" and states of consciousness by consciously controlling your chakras.
But you (the aspect of you occupying this physical body) can have access to everything you need this lifetime without having it wide open to the entire universe.

Wow! I’ve been dealing with Parkinson’s. I’ve also been going through a kundalini awakening. I woke up with a knowingness that my crown chakra is opening and my body has been healing from PD.
strengthening all of the lower chakras also opens up the crown chakra and i think it's crucial to address the root chakra fears before messing around with the crown chakra...i heard another teacher explain that we can attract lower level beings if we rush to open our crowns before strengthening our root and lower chakras. with a strong root chakra, one becomes less fearful of low-level encounters....at least that's been my experience.

I actually commented on another response the same thing, when we open our crown, it doesn't attact entities or demons. It brings into awareness the entities that are already there. The crown and brow chakra the chakras that revolve around our shift in perceptions. So what we really think are "demons" are just illusions created by undealt emotions. Look at it more Freudian. When you have a dream about monsters or demons, is it really a demon attack, or is it just suppressed anger or sexual suppression. Opening the crown chakra liberates these constraints and heals those areas where we're being controlled.

Soffee Tee you are very right. People here don't have much of an idea and neither does Teal(Sorry to say that, particularly drawing energy from the top of the head into the body, like she suggested is reversing the energy flow and causing massive energy overload, which is bad). Opening the crown chakra is very dangerous. I myself have unfortunately experienced a serious psychosis due to this. There are many people who suffered due to kundalini opening aswell.(Gopi Krishna is one example, but there are countless acounts on the internet aswell. Look up "kundalini psychosis")
A real opening of the crown will result in the softening of the fontanelle(top spot at the head), which can be actually felt once it has opened. This results in a massive increase of energy into the physical and energy body through the middle channel(Sushumna Nadi). Normal people in todays world can not handle this energy and will experience energy overload, which is actually damaging to the physical body, at some point. This will cause anxiety, depression, an unexplainable fear in the heart area and might also result in changes in sleeping and eating patterns in a negative way and yes as a result of your weakening you will attract negative forces.
Yogis and Saints were naturally progressing to higher stages through cleaning the body and opening up the anahata chakra(heart) first. Then through intense sadhana, prayer, nature, fasting and devotion to god the channels necessary to withstand the energy coming from the top are opened and sustained.
In my opinion focusing on the crown chakra should be disregarded alltogether for normal people.
Great video teal thank you for making it. I remember the first time I opened my crown chakra I felt this very strong pressure on the top of my head. It was so intense it felt like it was strong enough to push me to the ground. But afterwards I just felt clarity and peace. Besides the 3rd eye chakra the crown chakra is the most important one

Omg i never felt so chill after doing the chanting. So I took an epsom bath, did some dry brushing the did the excersises she gave and I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated! I always feel tense and enxious

i had to watch this video 3x, first 2 i couldn't get over her eyes, her calmness, her lips and the entire face as she took me away. then the 3rd time i watched the video,,,,,, Very insightful, am new at this and have a yearning to learn more, i started with the 3rd eye chakra, can't say am sure it opened but am getting there. my god that is totally me every day and all ways my 7th chackra was open from when I was younger no matter what every one In my family is upset and I was sooo positive all the time and I really bleved that my imagination is usefull and some how I was felling magically on the top of my head there was some thing is make my days happy er the ever and no matter what my past whas so boring and full of depressing I mange to escape the reality with my imagination and my imagination start to growing until today im a 15 y.o and now I know how to use all my chackras from the 1st witch it's the surviving to the 7th witch its the spiritual omg that is so awesome

Likely because of an overdose of logic in trying to spiritually evolve and understand myself. I now realise fasting, meditating, frequency music and yes acts of love have all nourished my crown! Very good ideas Teal Swan, yes being connected to source is as important as drinking water to optimal health I agree. I like the exercises. I saw a very supportive life/spiritual coach and healer named Erica Denison she is on facebook from Vanc. BC whom invoked high vibration, loving, compassionate energy which helped to open up my crown chakra and to let go of trauma and drama in my cells and energy field so I could more easily resonate with the frequency of self love and receiving unconditional healthy love. Keeping the root and lower chakras healthy and balanced is important to an open crown too, as well as being vegan all source loves all life unconditionally. Love, compassion and blessings to everyone.

A while ago, my crown chakra was so much open for a few days that I could sometimes feel it, especially when I sat down quietly with my face towards the sun. When I closed my eyes I saw my field of vision spinning around the middle point in multiple directions at once, really amazing

I used to do a lot of fasting when I was religious (a church goer), what it does is pulls out or clears out toxins in the brain.
Pot edibles open my crown chakra, and yoda was my spirit guide. Most spiritual event in my life.
