- I previously posted on this page the original introduction to the 1974-1976 NBC-TV legal drama "Petrocelli." This is the second intro, no longer giving the background on how Petrocelli and his wife moved from New York City to the Southwest.
My dad use to love this program, takes me back to the good times, R.I.P DAD.
thanks! petrocelli series inspired me to become a lawyer.... great! i'm a judge now...i regularly watched this with my neighbor, who is a CA Justice now
The great Barry newman very big in the 70s made a number of car chase type movies like vanishing point then seemed to vanishing him self haven't seen him since the 70s strange
@@mpdubber2278 He's been in quite a few movies and TV since then. Check IMDB. He was in a very good movie called The Limey in 1999.
This is the second season opening. I can tell since they showed them building the house which never got finished.
Oh good old 70s....we lived it... 🇺🇲🇩🇪❤️
It was a good series .But it was the 1971 movie Vanishing Point
that Newman starred in that made me a fan of his work.
One of my favorite shows...used to watch every Wednesday night at 10 with my folks, and my Dad could always reveal the killer
right before Anthony J Petrocelli started his "now let me take you back to the night of Joe's murder, and present yet another version of what REALLY happened..." Great theme by Lalo Schifrin!
Loved it
RIP Barry Newman (1930-2023)
I got busted in Tucson in 1999. Spent 15 days in Pima County Jail. Wish I had Petrocelli as my lawyer. He would have so good that he would have convicted the prosecutor. Instead I hired a lawyer who couldn't spell Phoenix.
At least you remembered the "P."
Petrocelli from the Producers of Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Full House and Family Matters
I think this series was filmed near Tucson?

I guess you can say that Petrocelli was sort of like Fonzie disguised as a lawyer
It wasn't New York they moved from, but *_Boston_*, The Rap Sheet.
