I have Clover and every month i get my statement they add more and more fees. My first 2 years with them my fees got deducted in January totaling over $700 both times. I do not recommend clover and their first data processor

It is the Interchange Fess that you pay towards the Credit Cards such as Amx MC and Visa. Sometimes, your Clover agent who signed you up increases additional fees for their extra pay check!

When I had one of my retail shops going, I went with First data and I would never recommend them. Ever. Absolute horrible company/processor.

Important to point out as a current clover customer. It isn’t as easy to switch processors as she stated. We found another clover processor with a better rate but once your machines are registered to one processor they can’t be switched without buying new equipment, even though my clover machines work fine. Just a heads up, we love the hardware but don’t know if it is worth the price.

Personally, I prefer InvoiceBerry over both Square and Clover. It's much simpler and more efficient for all my invoicing needs. Definitely worth trying out!

DOES NOT MATTER WHAT SYSTEM YOU CHOOSE! BUT HOPEFULLY YOU WILL CHOOSE THE BEST COMPETENT ISO--THE ONE THAT ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT AND ONLY DOES PAYMENT PROCESSOR 24/7 (HELP W/TECH ISSUE/FEES CLARIFICATION). AVOID BANK INSTITUTION ISO. THEY ARE 9-5 EMPLOYEES.

Stay away from square people. Stay away!!!
I started using square and started processing lots of card payments then all of a sudden my accounts under review, my money on hold and they need more information about my business ffs. I am not the only one with these problems. Google up their reviews, its bad!! Lots of red flags and sometimes they take money out of your bank around $400, descriptions says it’s for adjustments lmao wtf

If your average ticket size is under $10, Square could still be a good option with their 2.6% and $0.10 pricing. If your average ticket is over $10, usually Clover with good merchant account will be cheaper
