Working great I actually noticed a big positive change in my body. I'd recommend making a large smoothie for dinner and replacing your dinner with it, as our metabolism is slowest when we are asleep. If you get a large meal before bed that is when your body retains the most fat. If you just drink a very large (64 oz+) fruit smoothie then the fiber helps to clean your system out vs junk it up.
