Ya you smack that case! Lol... The screws will tighten it down, and personally I think its a horrible idea to use Phillips screws again, you would be alot safer with Allen heads, you can tighten them better and are easier to remove if need be, I'm rebuilding an 84 right now also, look forward to part 4
Hi have a problem. my bike spits cooliant out of the overflow line and tge radiator when I try to crank it. I taken off the water pump cover and the propeller is just sitting on the shaft. not even snugged at all! can ya help?
is it possible to put the cranks and shit in backwards because i have a yz 80 and it fucking runs great but it runs backwords so i was wondering if it was a crank or gear put in back wards or the timing? helpp
+Joey Evangelista I'm sure you figured it out by now but your electronic timing is way off causing it to run backwards or it's possible your piston is pointed wrong.
Thank you so much for this video!! Rebuilding one at the shop was not wanting to buy a manual although I should!

Is the sealant rubber based? Does it smell like those dunlop glue?
Yes it’s like rubber. I don’t remember any odor.

Joey Evangelista just turn the motor around and it will be ok
I dunno why, but this comment made me laugh hard.
Hey I have a 84 yz80 and it needs the crank rebuilt and I was wondering where you got the parts for it?
There’s a kit on eBay now.
@@wldmike223 do you know the name of it by chance I'd really appreciate it
Hey, I'm having trouble finding parts for this 84 YZ80 in my garage. I'm in Indiana and having trouble finding parts.
Check EBay.
@@wldmike223 yeah, already did
Does a 1992 crank fit to a 1985
I doubt it. If the part#'s are different it won't fit.
Where is the yz80 today?
I parted it out, never finished it. I did not have the time to work on it.
雑すぎWWW だめだこりゃ!!WWWWWWWW
