  • The Labour Party has won a landslide victory in the UK general election.
With fewer than 10 seats left to declare, this is set to be the worst Conservative result - in terms of seats - in history.
Sir Keir Starmer will be the next UK prime minister and will enter Number 10 Downing Street today.
Overnight, the Liberal Democrats made huge gains, while the Scottish National Party lost dozens of seats.
Reform UK have net four MPs so far and the Green Party have had their best election performance to date.

Yes, we will have to see how his inspired plan to take out the gangs will work out. There are a couple of small issues that I can see with it. Firstly, the gangs operate in France and I am not sure that the French are particularly motivated to help us out with that. Secondly, he is relying on Albanian's who want to enter organises crime and make a load of dough being some kind of rarity. They are not. There will be queues of them waiting for a chance to step in when one goes down.

How is it possible that Liz Truss is still so out of touch that she thinks the problem is that the Tories weren’t Tory enough?!? Somehow she cannot recognise that they were at least 10 times too Tory, and people were sick of the greed, cruelty and xenophobia.
