Honestly, I'm really impressed with India. Their intelligence and philosophy encourages them to engineer amazing solutions for a lot less.
For example, their space program - In 2014 India built and launched a satellite to mars for under 75 million USD. The U.S. Maven satellite did the same thing in the same year for over 670 million USD. Sure, our satellite may be more advanced, but at ~9 times the price? I don't know.
