Who knew I had to get a reality check by Drew that Bridges in İstanbul arent exactly a readily available knowledge.
Yes there are three car bridges, one car tunnel and one subway tunnel that crosses the bosphorus which basically crosses the two sides of the same city İstanbul (actually in Ottoman Times and the first years of Turkey only European side was called İstanbul and the asian side was treated as the city of Üsküdar. Additionally there are ferries and "seabusses" to take pedestrians across.
