  • Complete this exercise by starting in a high plank position. Descend down into a strong push-up, leading with your chest. Keep your hands right under your shoulders and neck neutral. Push up back into plank position, keeping straight alignment from heels to head. Next, drive alternate knees towards your chest. Repeat movement alternating between push-ups and mountain climber. Option to drop knees for the push-up movement.
