Preparation:
The Marine will start in the push-up position.
Execution:
The Marine will bring one knee up to their chest, tap the foot on the deck, and then return it to the starting position. They will continue to alternate sides, keeping the back flat while performing the movement.

Did a reverse image search, found them to be called "Nike Free Trainer 1.0 Militia Green Cross Training Athletic Shoes". They might be discontinued though. Good luck.
