I’ve got a tip I don’t have eczema but The best way to soothe the dry, itchy skin of atopic dermatitis, the most common type of eczema, is to moisturize. Creams and ointments work better than lotions. And petroleum jelly works well after a bath. Be sure to choose products without fragrances or ingredients like alcohol that can dry out skin.

Outside of using the right products for the skin I advise When washing clothes in the machine I have an option for up to 4 rinses so I ensure there is no irritation from clothing. Also I ensure all pjs and nightwear/ vests are cotton . I’ve found fleece pjs for example can set off my kids eczema. In the summer when it’s very hot still ensure they are wearing loose cotton and not fully stripped off

This is Not very good. Fix the gut and fix the skin. Creams are just bandaids.
Most dermatologists dont know anything about the gut health and food. Microbiome of the gut is key.
