    Niiiiiice!
    One has to be careful choosing the weights -- fatigue accumulates & sneaks up on you in this!

    I just tried it using 2 12kg with little to no rest.. It’s a beast of a workout… Keep it up sir..😁🤙🏼

    How many rounds should one do? Do you have heavy, light, and medium days?

      Absolutely you can cycle during the week.
      Light 3 rounds. Med x 4. Heavy x 5
