Proxmox: Ceph Drive Upgrade 600GB to 2TB!

Hey Guys,
I recently found myself needing more storage so I upgraded my Proxmox Ceph Cluster from 18 600GB SAS drives to 18 2TB SAS drives. In this video I cover the steps I took to remove the Ceph OSD's and replace them with larger OSD's.

Hi Dude, after upgrade the ceph storage you not configure ur pool again? or auto increase RBD pool after we upgrade it? Btw nice video thx !!

It auto increases the Pool size as you swap out each drive for a larger drive.

thx before, but in my cluster server pools not auto incresse after upgrade my osd, any idea?

Is your ceph going over seperate 10 gig network?

Yes I have a 10G network specifically for Ceph communications. I use a Quanta LB6.
