Wave Race Blue Storm: Expert Circuit (Nintendo's official Speedrun category with bad weather)

Wave Race: Blue Storm was released on the Game Cube.
You can enter a password in the options to activate a mode that was used for an official Nintendo competition. At the end you get a code that you can sent to Nintendo in 2002 to enter the competition.
Weather is random in this game and can influence the times a lot, so Nintendo set the weather to constantly stormy here.
