Iirc I played on XBox 360. At 6:52 there is a minor shadow graphic glitch, that must be the not so perfect emulation on the 360. Hope you have a good disc if you want to get into this. My disc has rotated for so many hours that the loading times are unfortunately longer than necessary due to the scratches.

@@JimsPlatinumRaces Ahh okay, shame there's issues as I encountered issues myself when playing on my own Xbox 360 but didn't look like there was many glitches in the video hence why I asked 😊

There is no community that I know of. Only me and Fizztastic have done runs of this. I would be interested hearing about Glitches that are useful and Fizzatastic probably too since he also took apart the Playstation Animorphs game. Maybe open a new thread on the speedrun.com page www.speedrun.com/animorphs_know_the_secret/forum and let us know what you found. That's at least the best public space that I can think of for information like that. At one point I thought that the Animorphs Discord server would be also a good place for discussions about the games, but Animorph fans spent less time playing the games than reading the books. Which is very understandable, I just don't get why most people that I see playing the games never have read the books, that doesn't get into my head at all.

In this case we used Parsec (parsecgaming.com/) like mentioned in the title. Which is basically a low delay streaming software with some built-in features that allow remote controller support. Works really with a slow game like Gladius. We only tried the swing meter shortly so we didn't have to worry about stream-input-delay. Some emulators have online multiplayer support but they either needed too much processing power or where too complicated to setup. With Parsec I mainly cursed about the automatic nr/port setting for XBox Controllers on Windows.

Plus, you're like the patron saint of Gladius modding over in the community, since you created the tools that made it possible, and founded the Discord that kindled the little community around the game in the first place. I'm super grateful myself that you released those tools publicly. You're always welcome, of course, but do take care of yourself!

Hi, actually it's not possible to get the complete final armor in the same save file for both heros. In Ursula's playthrough Valens won't have the helmet and in Valens playthrough Ursula is missing some of her stuff. I did some research in the data and code of the game and that makes it possible to change in-game data and create save files (everything within the limits of what we currently know about the data). In this case I used such a created save file which is the reason why Valens has Munio's helmet which he wouldn't get in Ursula's playthrough. The rest of the gladiator's has realisitic equipment that you can get in the game. The only other modification I see is that Galverg is part of the Gladiator school, that's obviously also not possible normally. Most of the hidden things we found in the game are bugs and errors in the game data. Most of it could already be found in old forum posts on gamefaqs.com or in the discord. Now that I write this you can maybe get Munio's equipment in a playthrough. There's a bugged league in the steppes that makes it possible to fight some demo/test schools which includes a Valens with Munio's equipment that he can drop. But I'm not sure if he drops everything.

I made the programs to edit the Gladius data myself. You can find them here github.com/JimB16/Gladius. They are python scripts and lack a helpful documentation which makes them a bit hard to use, but there are people beside me that used them successfully.
