S1: Blows my mind, so the ex husband was missing for 9 years and it never crossed her mind to serve him with divorce papers? Allowed him to live/squat in a house for a month? It was frustrating to listen to all these flags, and the OP missed or ignored it. The daughter, thank the lord for that who had the mental to ignore the character attacks.
That part, he was upfront about not wanting to participate and she basically forced it and got surprised when he left.
OP did not divorce him for 9 yrs, did not listen to her lawyer about divorce and inheritance separately and was going to give the inheritance to husband if not for her child saying not to. Not to mention all the red flags before and early in her marriage. Listening to Op it was evident het husband did not want to try for a child after the failed ivf. The 2nd and 3rd were all OP. It was her child, he didn't want to be involved, yet was surprised at his actions. She should have seen it coming. Her daughter is the real hero here and has more common sense.
Yeah, can't serve someone papers if you can't find them. Though OP doesn't sound like she was willing to look for him very hard. He learned of his Father's Death, so he was likely in contact with someone.
Another part I find annoying is that she was weak and was willing to give David everything. Thankfully, her daughter and lawyer supported her. Imagine if they weren't supportive. Also, 9 YEAR?! I didnt hear that !
I'm legally married to somebody. I haven't lived in the same state with for 7 years now. Out of sight, out of mind. It's just a legal piece of paper. And trying to file without their cooperation is absurdly difficult because you have to know where they are to do that. She didn't know where he is. She also moved around a lot during those years, except for when she lived with father in law. You need to live somewhere for 5 years before you can file in absentia.
5min in and i' actually kinda against OP because let's be honest going into dept to have a child is just stupid, horribly horribly stupid because children are also expensive as hell
The rest of the stroy will most likely be in her favor, but i will say that for that part, i am just completely against her.
@@tomori8946 I agree. OP is so annoyingly stupid, irresponsible and weak. I wanted to slap her through my screen.
However, the husband was just a horrible human being. The fact that he never checked up on his dad after his mom's death shows he didn't even show up to her funeral, and only showed up to his dad's for the inheritance, not because he cared. And proceeded to slander his dead dad afterwards, accusing him of being on drugs, and having an affair with his daughter in law.
@@tomori8946 exactly this, and also the fact that she was willing to put them in debt to have a child with no guarantee it would work rather than trying for adoption after the IVF failed the first times. both op and her husband are unbearable.
Fr I'm barely a few min in n I'm hearing how she's going into debt for this? Not stable at ALL
S1: Is it weird to think the op is just as bad as the husband? Like, shouldnt you make sure your partner is 100% with you before freaking IVF? He was even saying hed be fine without kids, but she still pushed. Huge red flags on both sides.
Her being upset about him wanting to go on vacation with the whole "Does he know how much I'm going through?" Made me lose all interest in her. YOU decided to put yourself through that when he made it clear he didn't want a kid and wasn't a big fan of it.
I have to agree. While he was obviously not onboard from the beginning, his reluctance to IVF had legitimate reasons that she ignored or downplayed.
She isn't as bad as the husband. The husband is a cheater, and was willing to smear his own dead father for money, after not visiting him in a decade.
(Considering the MIL passed away, but the son still didn't check up on his dad, that little detail points to the son not even showing up for her funeral. He only showed up to his father's because he was interested in the inheritance, not because he loved him, or his mom.)
However, yes, OP is beyond stupid. I'd like her to do an IQ test, because holy, there is not a single braincell in this woman's head. It's difficult to talk about now, since she DID get a kid, and it would be cruel to say she should have chosen her savings over the child, but back then in the moment, that's insanely stupid and irresponsible. And the fact she thought the baby would "fix" the relationship?? God, women who think adding a baby to the mess will "fix" a relationship need to be slapped back to reality.
And she spent all her money, a chunk of his and went into debt. What a moron.
Bro thank you, thats all I could think was "while the ex is garbage, Op sounds pretty insufferable as well"
If he didn’t want to, why keep pushing him? Why not just get a divorce and look for someone who is willing to do it?
S1: I'm honestly against OP. I get wanting a kid but he made it clear he would be fine without one and another comment mentioned how stupid it is to go int debt over it and I agree. She drained lots of money and while I hate cheaters, I could understand why he wanted to leave. She was so focused on what she wanted she completely ignored him, going as far as to say him needing a vacation was stupid because of "How much I went through.". Why didn't she serve him with papers when he left?? It makes zero sense. The inherentence is hers but god I can't side with her completely.
Only reason we side with OP and her below room temperature IQ is because her husband was that bad.
But god, she is so incredibly stupid and weak. Her 9 year old daughter was more headstrong than her, while also coping with grandpa's death. That says a lot. Grandpa raised a tough little girl, that's for sure, at the very least.
He didn’t want kids from the very beginning, didnt want to spend the money, to act surprised when he leaves and doesnt want to be a father is stupid. OP played stupid games and won a stupid and stressful prize.
She did win a prize though, she won an inheritence she wouldn't have got otherwise
@@Xero013 yep all cuz she gambled it all on a kid
@@Xero013 and now she is going to have to deal with a bitter baby daddy taking her to court without her support system who also thinks she was in the wrong. I mean she got the bag at least but enjoy what comes with it.
Aldo remember At first he was OK with the idea of a baby but the third round of I. V f he wasn't okay with because you could definitely tell that his uncomfortable with being pregnant and trying for a third time means he was just with his mistress.
OP had her own mistakes yes, but husband was the bigger devil. Was he that spineless to not able to tell his wife that enough is enough and no more kids? And the way he left her? Cheating. He could have just divorced her first then find someone new, but obviously he got step-per-step checklist messed up
People want to honor the dead until they didn’t leave them any money.
He stayed married to her for the $$$$
The most infuriating part for me was the part op really thought a baby would save this relationship while being in massive debt. The second part was not immediately filing for divorce. Third was not going after the ex for child support. Op should have done so just as a fat middle finger for cheating and bailing. I feel sorry for father in law because clearly his family only cared about benefitting from his death.
Tell everyone to shut up. You were there for your father-in-law. He wasn't. Call the cops on him he can only do this if you let him.
Bruh both op and ex are unbearable
The family and David are dumb for not realizing that he/they not only abandoned OP and her child but also the father in law.
If David hadn’t disappeared after the case I wonder if she could have sued for defamation.
OP and ex husband are terrible communicators and that’s why they are both in this mess.
There were no mistakes in the second story: the wife made CHOICES.
Istg if i see another "unDeR oNe hOur gAnG" I'ma crash out😤

The first comment I saw was "Under one hour gang 👇🏽"
What is under one hour gang?
Alright soooo sounds like she kinda pushed him away with her obsession and proceeded to ignore the husband obvious signs he didn't want kids, the cheating was bad but you can't say "he left you in debt" when the debt was on her he leisurely told you he wouldn't happen after round what 2? Yall ate both asses
Even if OP had been in a relationship with FIL, how tf would that earn him the money? It would only make MORE sense that FIL decided to leave his inheritance to his lover rather than the spoiled son who didn't visit him in a decade. There was no point to that allegation other than to humiliate OP and the deceased FIL, out of spite.
I love this channel. Frequent postings, story updates, an announcement when the next story starts, and I LIKE that A.I. voice! “He” sounds so calm even when he’s relating heartbreaking details.
Story 1: just adopt for crying out loud.
I know some people prefer to have Bio kids but god the world would be better if more people adopt.
I can’t even with this story. OP is insanely selfish too. So far I don’t feel that bad for her. Also as someone who will struggle to conceive, there are so many ways to become a parent. She could have adopted. I get wanting to have your own child, but adopt then get your finances stabilized to try biologically.
OP "He made it sound like i pressured him into having a child and it was all my idea and that I tried to ruin him financially in the process"
Also OP "I pressured him into having a child and it was all my idea and I tried to ruin him financially in the process"
I will say I don't think the intention was to ruin him financially, it just happened because she wouldn't listen.
I'm torn about the story. I understand wanting a child so badly that you're willing to do anything. Baby fever is legitimately terrifying when it comes to women and I have heard enough stories about what some women are willing to do to get pregnant (something about how it affects their brains). I do think David should have been more direct about not wanting kids (more than just saying he was good with or without them) when he realized how deep into baby fever his wife was and stopped providing sperm. OP should have calmed down (though I understand that would have been hard) and seen the signs that her husband was now cheating.
As for the inheritance, I do believe OP has a right to it. When it comes down to it, FIL decided to give it to her because literally no one else showed up. The FIL called everyone (including David) and nobody showed. At the end of the day, no matter what past decisions were made, FIL only had OP and his granddaughter by his side in his final moments. The other family members shouldn't be so upset about that. If they wanted more of the inheritance, they should have showed up more while he was alive. At least pretend to care.
Both OP and Ex are UNBEARABLE, istg just reading how desperate she was that she was basically gambling money on something that could most likely fail and then get mad with the husband it's just was pure suffering. I can't blame the guy for leaving her, but i can't be with him for wanting something from someone who have never taken seriously. ESH
OP is incredibly stupid. I want to be a mother, too, but going into debt to be a mom? You might as well adopt.
She didn't divorce him after being dumped at the worst point of her life and nine years of separation? She really screwed that up
Story 1: while I am on OP's side in the battle for FIL's inheritance, since it seems like her ex kinda abandoned him as well, she is also at fault in the way their marriage ended. Should've have been David more straightforward and honest with not wanting a child and a divorce instead of cheating? Sure. But she kept pushing and pushing for a baby, getting in debt, and it's funny how she blames David for being irresponsible with money when she is the one who bleed all the money into conceiving the child, not thinking what is going to happen next and how they will raise said child with debts. She got lucky that FIL bailed her out, but if he hadn't? Theu would've had a really, really hard time with a child, even if David had stayed.
Was pretty sure this was fake was 100% sure when she said her 9 year old forced her to keep fighting her dad in court😂😂
I’m sorry but why did OP push the baby thing so hard? This man CLEARLY didn’t want to be with her nor have a child with her. There were so many red flags and she ignored them all.

Story 1
He lost his inheritance bevause he abandoned his father too
And was a crap human being
Woah, story 2 is scary, her medical stuff got leaked to her husband? That's how wives end up missing in Aruba. Bruh, that's a massive hippa violation
W father in law
I'm fairly certain that whole everyone gathers to have a lawyer read someone's will isn't actually thing. That's a movie thing. I'm also fairly certain you have to give someone minimum 30 days notice to evict them legally. And why would you put yourself into massive debt trying to conceive when your husband isn't on board with it? Why wouldn't you just adopt? Story 1 is pretty dumb imo.
Husband so spineless for not being clear that enough is enough and there shouldn't be anymore treatment. And he left her by cheating. Are guys that desperate they had to find another woman first before divorcing rather than divorce first and find new woman later?
5 minutes into story 1 and I don't blame the husband sounds like she was a nightmare to live with😂
OK I warmed up to op1. I hated her at first
Those friends of OP would not do the same. I love how people preach, but they never practice what they preach.

OMG OP JUST ADOPT A DAMN BABY. THERE ARE SO MANY!!!!!! WHY ARE YOU MAD AT DAVID FOR BEONG ANNOYED AT YPU GOING INTO IVF SO MANY TIMES
Nah this is op’s doing. The guy clearly said hes fine with not having a child naturally. Op chased him away
This came out so fast
Story 1: "If any of you have complaints about my Father-in-Law's will, rather than bothering me, go and discuss it with Father-in-Law. None of you wanted to be around him while he was alive, and now you show up like vultures to scavenge his corpse? Sorry, not on my watch, not my dad."
Here under 24 hours

Story one: i dont blame the husband. OP sucks!!
I’m over this story like 5 minutes in
The wife in the first story is awful. IVF is so taxing on the body but its clear that she gave her husbands wellbeing NO THOUGHT while fanatically pushing for a baby. The husband isn't right or perfect but I am not gonna say he is worse. The marriage failed because of both of them, not just him.
Yes, not to mention going into debt to try to get a baby... like ???? Why????
IDK I was all about story one until I heard it. She's kind of dense and not very smart
Op 1 is crazy people
I'm here!❤
My parents went through probably 500 k to have us, 4 kids. They emptied their banks for years on end. Inseminations, inventro, and multiple miscarriages. They have been together for 25 years and my dad never suggested leaving. It’s crazy how despicable a man could be. They kept working and their lives turned out well. Money stress is real, but if you work hard, you can get through it
Was your dad lied to bro op lied to the husband
Op's weak af ... Wtf ... I'm not with her or whatever , I'm just with the daughter and the FIL.
I’m Sorry But I Do Not Feel Sorry For OP AT ALL, She Did This To Herself. He Told You He Didnt Care About Having A Child & Then You Kept Getting Into Debt For What???
First story is wild. Are you expecting me to be on her side when she stupidly dumped all her money and borrowed more for a baby the father didnt really want in the first place? She isnt trust worthy and he was right to run.
Can someone say no common sense.
Ngl id leave you over the debt you selfishly incured
Under 30 mins gang👇
Actually pretty glad that IVF is getting covered in hurdles of red tape after this.
Honestly yeah. It’s also turning out that a lot of IVF kids are having a lot of health problems too. It may seem cruel but I just feel like if you can’t conceive naturally you just need to fold your cards and focus on something else.
Love truly is blind ain't no way she ignored the fucking definition of red flag 🙏🏼🙏🏼
1 hr gang
man the op is completly stupid
I believe forcing a guy to be a father is just as bad as forcing a woman to be a mother when the op's ex didn't want kids, she should have had a serious discussion with him about it rather than getting on debts. Why would you want to be with a person whose choices don't match about being a parent. It's okay to not want and kid and it's also okay to want one. Just be with one whose idealogy matches with yours to begin with.
Going into debt just to have a baby with the same genetics as you is weird. Like, maybe I'm just saying that because I don't want kids, but if you're that pressed on being a mom, adopt a kid! That's probably leagues better than putting yourself and your husband into debt!
I can see why the husband left just from that, tbh.
Obviously, that doesn't make him abandoning her right, but she's clearly not a good partner if she's crazy enough to do that. You should never bring a child into an indebted household, kids are expensive! Honestly, she sounds selfish as fuck.
Op in s1 is actually just stupid
Wait is this a repost? It sounds a week old.
Yes definitely a repost lol
I would watch if it didn't come from market narration directly. Thumbs down no watch time.
There are no heroes in story 1. OP sacrificed everything and everyone around her just to BREED. The husband was stupid for not divorcing her and getting out of a bad situation. The FIL is the worst. He decided to try and parent his son when the son was already fully grown and in death still tried to pass on the job of parenting his son to OP by saying she “could” share the inheritance if she wanted to. The FIL’s love language was throwing money at anyone he “loved”. 😂
David isn’t a saint but OP self sabotaged , after 2 years she should have accepted it might not happen and then relax after a while it would have happened naturally. But she kept pushing and pushing then made him out to be horrible ( cheating is still wrong ) even though he showed signs and spoke up about the baby/IVF yet she didn’t care about him only herself and her obsession with being a mom.
Found the husband lmao

S1: op is a gold digger
How is OP a gold digger? Because she just wanted her own child that badly that she was willing to spend all of her money (not her husbands) to get pregnant? I admit she was too blinded by baby fever but that was really the only thing she did wrong. The husband was the one who cheated, left his wife and daughter, then threw a fit when the father he also abandoned gave everything to his ex because she stuck around and took care of him.
