John Barry/The Shadows - The Appointment (Guitar Instrumental played by Chris Hampton)

- Here is my version of the main theme from the 1969 psychological thriller film "The Appointment" which starred Omar Sharif. The theme was written by John Barry. This arrangement was by Brian Bennett and appeared on his 2016 album "Shadowing John Barry". The track featured Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch, Mark Griffiths and Brian Bennett as The Shadows.
I played this using my Fender Stratocaster (Bridge Pickup with Middle/Bridge combination used for the middle section) with the Zoom G2.1Nu programmed with Echoes From The Past (Patch B0). Recording was via USB to my home PC with Cubase
The backing track was created by Pete Korving and is available for purchase from his website - www.guitarbacki...
I also used tablature which was created by dani_gtr on the PaidTabs website - paidtabs.com/

I really like the Brian Bennett album "Shadowing John Barry", I found it on Spotify and there are some wonderful gems on it.
