One of the nicest early Falcons I've seen. Prefer this body style. Would have been awesome if Ford put a big FE in them to compete with the Mopar boys. Thanks for posting a nice Oregon car.
This American model is beautiful, here in Argentina unfortunately it did not sell and only came out the sedan version with a 6 cylinder engine, the only national salvageable model is the sprint year 1977

Digamos q en Argentina se hizo la versión para hombres d ese auto, con técnicos , mecanicos, ingenieros, científicos etc etc etc ... ARGENTINOS. Y d no haber sido por ese detalle d q se tomó la carcasa, el rambler hubiese pasado a la historia totalmente desapercibido.
@@platonicosanchezdethompson4094 ni ingenieros ni científicos argentinos jajaj, la carrocería es un rambler, el motor fue hecho por un ingeniero de willys, el tren trasero es de bergantini y la estética y interior de pininfarina, de argentina no tiene prácticamente nada,la único fue la idea de ponerle 3 carburadores para aumentarle la comprensión por que era la única manera sino se arrastraba, el rambler american y el 440 existe en eeuu y es hermoso, tampoco sean ciegos de decir que es de hombres un torino y no el 44p que son los mismos autos
You could get a Futura Sports Coupe with bucket seats so that ain’t it. It’s mostly cosmetic, you could outfit a Futura pretty much like a Sprint with a 260 V8 and bucket seats but you could not add the tachometer or the wood-like steering wheel…and it would not have Sprint badging. More important than Sprint vs Futura is V8 vs I6…with V8 everything was beefed up including addition of torque boxes out of the Fairlane.
The early fast back falcons were great looking cars. They look like miniature Galaxies.
