Ein super Game ...Kann nicht verstehen das es so wenig Interesse erweckt mittlerweile.Das Gefühl das das Spiel vermittelt ist in meinen Augen sehr gut .Zumindest wenn man einen guten Trupp hat mit dem man vernünftig spielen kann.
Das stimmt, leider haben es die Entwickler von Anfang an verpasst Werbung für das Spiel zu machen. Für mich immer noch der beste WW2 Hardcore Shooter ;)

Ah, the Jagdtiger or Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf. B. It was the heaviest AFV produced during the war (72 tonnes). Its difficult to rate this vehicle because so few were produced (around 80 or so), It didn't see action untill late 1944. The vehicle's main gun the 128 mm Pak 44 L/55 gave it tremendous firepower, it actually had a better hit percentage then both the 88 mm and 105 mm guns respectively. There were loads of flaws, its underpowered engine, lack of a traversable turret, excessive weight and lack of skilled hardened personnel to operate them greatly contributed to its limitations and flaws. Its weight limited the terrain the vehicle could travel on, its slow speed and large profile made it easy prey for allied aircraft. Despite the firepower, its main gun had to be re-calibrateed after traveling off-road for even short distances, plus the gun had to be locked down when the vehicle performed maneuvers or else the mounting brackets would wear out too fast reducing it's accuracy. It really was more of a hindrance than anything else. Had there been more time available, its possible Germany could of improved its design and perhaps find an efficient use for it, but personally I think it was just too damm heavy and slow to be honest.
If the Germans had concentrated more on mass producing the Panzer V Panther, one of the best all around tanks of the war, instead of diverting their efforts to unrealistic projects that would have no impact on the war, it may have helped them tremendouly. I can't see it making too much differance on the eastern front mainly because of numbers, but on the western front if the Germans had a few thousand more Panthers in the field it certianly would have made a differance for a while. Of course all this is mute because of poor lack of command from Hitler on down especially at the time of the war and the failure to stem the allied attack on D-day.
@@deckard2665 keep parroting pseudo-history. More panthers would have done nothing for Germany, as they were actually very inefficient vehicles. It was a massive gas guzzler in a gas shortage, the most unreliable German tank prior to the king tiger, often broke down before it reached the battlefield, horrendously over-engineered to the point that fixing the reliability issues could take days, whereas a Sherman with the same issues would take hours, and by Normandy, every single allied tank could reliably take on panthers without any issues. If you really want to make the argument that producing more of a tank would have changed the tide of the war, then more panzer 4s, stug 3s, and maybe hetzers would have done a better job as they all performed better than the Panther in like every single metric. on your second point, ur just falling for nazi propaganda lmao. Any historian worth their weight knows that Hitler's intervention in his general's battle plans is a grossly overstated myth that was spread by German generals and commanders in their self-written memoirs in an attempt to make themselves seem like much better tacticians than they actually were. Take Rommel for example. He wrote a memoir halfway through his service, glamorizing himself when in reality he was a good general at best. Rommel constantly ignored orders to chase enemies, in the process outrunning his own supply lines and artillery support. He only appeared well because he had a great Italian campaign, and the Brits had no idea what to do in the desert at the start of the North African campaign. Once the Brits figured their shit out, Rommel never won a single battle, which he then blamed on the Italians, not his own incompetence. In reality, Hitler was actually very hands-off when it came to his Generals and battle tactics, the only place he really put his hands was the development of new weapons that were essentially pointless.

So the early version of the Panther tank that debuted at the battle of Kursk was an absolute bust, by mid 1944 when pretty much all the flaws and problems were fixed and with the right crew operating it, it became one of the most lethal tanks of the entire war. It distinguished itself quite well during the Battle of the Bulge Another big problem was the lack of seasoned, experienced tank crews, any tank with an inexperienced crew with little to no battle experience is pretty ineffective. The Panther tank along with the Tiger l forced the Soviets to upgrade the 76mm main gun of the T-34 to an 85mm gun. The Soviets also in response developed the SU-85 and SU-100 tank Destroyers and the IS-2 Heavy tank as additional firepower was necessary in dealing with Panther and Tiger tanks.
I hope that one day a studio with money will discover Post Scriptum and polish it properly again. That would be a dream because to be honest all the other ww2 hardcore shooters are all worse than Post Scriptum in my opinion!
Ist der Jadgdtiger eigentlich auch im Armoured Modus verfügbar ? Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen eine Runde gespielt aber man konnte den Jagdtiger nicht spawnen sonst sehe ich den immer nur auf den Chapter 4 Karten ?
Gibt verschiedene Layer mit nur Medium vs Medium oder Heavy vs Heavy bei einigen Layer ist er bestimmt dabei aber ich kann es dir nicht sicher sagen ;)
@@nickfilippos3340 dont think so . ww2 era tank most of them using aphe and in the game is like this too , that shell detonate just after entering the tank . the swicht is activate at impact and have like a mili second before it go boom the shell will not have time to over penetrate
Post Scriptum is more realistic but pretty much dead (70 people playing an hour ago). Compare that to hell let loose that game sits at around 3k right now

I personally prefer Post Scriptum because the gun play feels a lot more realistic, the tank gameplay is still the best in the hardcore shooter genre in my opinion and yes, the sound in Post Scriptum is simply unbeatable. I play both games and like them a lot but i cant say whats best for you, every taste is different ;)
