- It's dark, wet and cold in Heelsum but we once again had a really intense match with the anti-aircraft vehicle. The Flakcar with It’s 20mm Flak 38 is definitely one of the best anti-tank vehicles after the tank update!

People mostly solo these flak trucks. I just love sneaking up on them, shooting the gunner and dropping my He charge on the truck. Nice work you guys !
Thanks, unfortunately the ps veterans don't play it anymore! 3 years ago ps was really good and now i see less and less communication and teamplay. I hope my favorite ww2 hardcore shooter gets a comeback.

Ja das nervt ein wenig mit der Anzeige zum Schluss. Wir haben auch noch deutlich mehr als im Video zu sehen ist zerstört aber es wäre dann viel zu lang geworden. Da sind noch ein paar AT Geschütze und Trucks durch die Luft geflogen insgesamt müssten es um 12-15 Vehicle gewesen sein xD

Ja, wollen alle nicht mehr den Fahrer machen. Das Panzer-Update ist schön und gut aber fahren ist jetzt echt sehr anstrengend geworden aber im nächsten Video bin ich auch tatsächlich mal wieder Gunner xD

Yep, with the Post Scriptum SDK-Kit but I really only have basic knowledge of the editor. I think vade knows much better about it and it runs like crap at least for me haha
Flak 20mm can destroy mbt? I usually to play Hell Let Loose, but I feel that Post Scriptum is more fun, because HLL is more focus in infantary and more caotic...
Sherman is destroyble but the Churchill is to thick for example xD

Was würde ich für ne funktionierende 2cm Flak tun. Meine klemmt dauernd und hat beim letzten Übungsschießen auf Flüchtlingsboote nach dem 5. Schuss geklemmt und seitdem tut sich nichts mehr.
Boah 20 mm ballert ja richtig rein in die Olga :D haha Nerf muss kommen?

The 20mm autocanon shouldn't pierce a churchill or a sherman, while funny, it is unhistorical.
Even with a bore adapter, and a tungsten made shell head which was too expansive in those times, there is no way for a 20mm ammunition to pierce a 50mm steel plate.
Furthermore, the dev you should consider replacing this truck by an SPW 222 or an Sdkfz 231 that were mostly used against infantry and comparable to the Stuart.

The APCR projectile of the 20mm cannon can penetrate 50mm of steel at 100 to 150 meters, so a Sherman is quite possible to take out with it and you can't currently destroy the Churchill with it in the game, so everything is actually as it should be :)
Unfortunately, my knowledge of weapons is not quite sufficient for this, maybe the Flak 38 is a bit op but of course it's a lot of fun to play with it xD
Wait until you get into the game.
Where your PzIII/PzIV gets penetrated and destroyed in seconds from behind by .50cal and where Shermans take 4-6 8.8cm shells. Also allied team has more AT available (Rifle grenadier) then the german team. If your tank wasnt blasted to moon yet, 80km/h cromwell with APDS shows up to ruin your day.
Tiger I is mostly oneshot (easy ammo rack and gets penetrated by everything).
Still the best game to drive tanks with teamplay.
How to this game play compared to hell let loose in terms of mechanics and gameplay. I’m assuming this game plays much slower?

never seeing the enemy got boring
It takes some time to learn this game.
It is really realistic.
The lesser you move, the lesser you are spotted, the lesser you die.
You have to plan carefully each move, or take advantage of others around you, each dead of your team can indicate you a possible near enemy. Use each cover to moove when possible.
The harder part is to be patient, as a hunting dog, do not fire directly each time you see an enemy as a simple dog bark and run.
If it didn't notice you, take cover, use a tree or anything to lay down your rifle upon and shoot.
Use alt key to look around you without mooving your whole body and weapon, you'll be harder to notice.
There are plenty more advises, but you'll discover them by yourselves.
Also, as in a hunt, use your ears. Many time you'll hear an enemy mooving in bushes, water, or reloading his rifle that will help you find him before he find you.

@@paulbyrne6532 Yeah the learning curve is pretty harsh when coming from classical "wargames" where you have a minimap spotting the enemies.
Here you must (like in real life) look carefully, wait, hear, moove in group or just moove but quick and steady. Keep your blood cold as we say in French.
I tryed to initiate some friends of mine but they didn't have the patience, nor will to immerse themselves into it, prefering shooting mass volleys with a machinegun to distress themselves from life rather than quietly shoot a locked rifle.
But hell, once you taste it, it is addicting, you can't go back to battlefields or call of type of games.

Just keep playin and playin and learn the game mechanics. Teamplay is the key in Post Scriptum pay attention to what your squad is saying (positions, current events) and trust me there is no better experience than Post Scriptum. It's even more fun when you have people like Tiger in your squad, they've been playing the game for a long time and they know exactly what to do. I've played with him many times and it's always been a really good game :)
Thanks mate, keep it up. Just keep playing, with a bit practice you will definitely get better and then it will be more fun. Post Scriptum is also not a game for solo players. A good team or buddies are required to have fun in this game ;)

I gave up this game for HLL…
Big issue with this game is balance.
As infantryman you have no choice but to be in close quarters because they way the levels and gameplay are designed and you have a 1 shot rifle that is only useful for longer rang combat.
The suppression mechanic and lack of proper recoil means people with subs can just spray in your general direction and kill you everytime unless you see them first and 1 shot them which isn't easy at close range when they are running and somehow you often miss even when enemy is in your face point blank.
Also more than 1 enemy and you are dead. You don't even get a pistol.
Realistic load outs are cool but being an infantryman can be a big turn off in this game.
War is hell, that's why it's also called hardcore shooter and it's not a Call of Duty or Battlefield!

Yeah war is hell, this isn't war, it's a game.
I don't want COD or CS though and enjoy the more realistic squad based gameplay but the way the game is setup doesn't suit rifleman gameplay except for the odd control point on certain maps and as soon as the SHTF and lines are breached, if they ever existed which often they don't, it is like a bad version of an arcade fps shooter anyway.
If it was realistic you would have many more longer range engagements and very little face to face combat with tactical withdrawals etc but because it is a "game" it encourages constant close combat.

@@MuckylittlemeThere are points on almost all maps where you sometimes fight at distance and sometimes in close combat situations. So there are enough situations where an mp has disadvantages. I do have a few disagreements with the tank gameplay but the infantry gameplay is the best I've played so far especially with the bolt action rifles but if you don't like it then just don't play it, it's that simple!
