Fact : the Professor was once a resident too. Another fact: most of the Professors want everything to be accurate.. which is not possible all the time, so we have to accept our fate & give our best with all hearts and praising oneself for being strong.😊
well to be fair, the professor has done her time already -resident is still learning and should be on her toes to gather all the skill and knowledge needed ☺ plus the mental work and responsibility lies on the professor, especially if anything goes wrong

Instead of asking junior, senior have to solve that. That is their responsibility. And in India high salary less work, less salary more work. Such imbalances wrong system.
