Isn't there any application fee?
the fee is paid once you submit your application.
is it application fee free? and can graduates apply for their scholarship?
friend did you watch the video? haha! the rwanda tuition scholarship is for undergrad and you pay the application fee is when you submit it at the end. For graduates, you do get stipend while you do your research but that's not covered in this video.
@@GajuGatera yh i watched it eventually, i'm in search of universities without application fees or that waive their application fees--good content tho
@@Hawkes-Moce Thanks. ik that on the common app you can get a fee waiver, then don't pay for any school applications that you submit through the common app. They do require bank statement and such but i don't have the details.
