Having PCOS affects me so much because many people aren't willing to understand. To them it's just a bad period and to me it's bleeding for months on end, weight gain that I can't control and depression on a constant cycle. I knew from the time I was 14, I knew something was wrong. My cycle was terrible, heavy, the acne, hair loss where I wanted it and growth where I didn't want it, the weight gain, the way I just generally felt on an emotional level. I wasn't really listened to and the advice was always that I should lose weight or take birth control. I hope that if I ever have a partner, that they are supportive and kind as well. You have made me feel better about what could be. Having a supportive partner really is a blessing and a half.
I totally can relate 😭😭 I have PCOS . I am 21 . I go through so much . I go on my period once or twice a year, really bad hair loss, acne, weight gain, always tired, stressed . Like its so stressful honestly and people never understand. I try to lose weight but my constant back pains always get the best of me . I try eating healthy and drinking herbs and all that but my efforts are in vein. My mom was the same but she says she only experienced headaches and the irregular cycles thus she says I should just lose weight . I lose weight but it always goes back up real quick and imagine fighting being tired and sluggish🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I definitely agree on asking the principal questions as you call them Mr Chinoz you can avoid a lot of issue later in marriage. I’m like Mrs Chinoz when I met Zuruvi I put all my cards on the table the issues I felt he needed to know before we could get serious about the relationship.
