Cheesesteak

The cheesesteak is one of the great American sandwiches. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a good cheeseteak outside of the Philadelphia/South Jersey area (in my opinion). Well, now you can make your own. Trader Joe's supplies the beef, and hopefully you can find the right rolls or make your own. (Stay tuned for my perfect roll recipe revisited.) I grew up on these, and fortunately, I live far enough away that I can't eat them every day. Try it and let me know what you think.
