This event marks the end of the current season and chapter 3 of Fortnite, and takes place on December 3rd 2022, the island needs reforging.

What did you think of the event? I feel like it was far too long. Different though I guess
It was boring af
Was far too long, The Herald destroying the Chapter 2 and 3 maps happened way too quickly and felt really anti climactic not to mention the event bugged out for me towards the end of it. I was hoping they would somehow top the Chapter 2 end event but instead it felt very underwhelming. The New Map and the New Battle Bus and everything look fantastic though but the event definitely could have been executed way better. Hopefully they learn from this and the next time we have another ending event it's much better than this one was, especially if they do bring an end to Fortnite's Chapters at the end of every year from now on rather than every 2 years.
I thought midas would come back, I thought info on geno would be revealed, I thought we would go into different realities… so much potential wasted…
i think they held a last minute meeting and forgot about us... It was the most pointless chapter ending ever, may as well not have had it. I also don't like having to squad up

It was boring to be honest, 40 minutes to collect orbs was like collecting gold coins in creative. 🤔 If I was Epic Games, instead of collecting orbs for the entire event, I'd make it that The Herald would create an army of Chrome Monsters that you'd have to fight or find a way to cure The Seven and they defeat her in the end.

Kinda wish the event was done a little differently. Love the concept for the story though! Kinda wish The Herald had a bigger part, kind of lame that she shows up and then dies.

My game crashed mid-event, but it looks like I didn't really miss much. You can probably recreate this in Creative.
This event was made with Creative 2.0, but this is probably the only time they will do it this way
@@kingavesta4912here near the end of chapter 4, you were technically right since chapter 4 had approximately 0 live events, and 0 of them were made in creative

The concept of this event is really cool, you get to build the new island, but oh man was it executed horribly. Hopefully they do better with whatever end event is nest
Everyone was hyping this up but I knew it wouldn’t be anything spectacular. Just simple cutscenes and side quests to make it pass.
Coming back to this event it was okay. I have to admit after collecting the orbs the cutscene of the Zero Point rebuilding the island was awesome

Even if these events don’t make much sense
Most would make sense if you knew the storyline
The cutscenes were the only semi good thing about this event + the feeling of being in space without any oxygen is astonishing

Well I'll just go over there quick version of chapter 3
Chapter 2 season 8 we're starting here at the last season of chapter 2 with the end event the island flipped over and brought us to chapter 3
Chapter 3:
Season 1 we arrived in a new world and we had to explore the scientists asked us to explore things and we were hinted of the imagined orders eventual returned which they did so as the scientists asked us to find the paradigm the imagined order showed up ready for war
Season 2 The Battle for the zero point began throughout the season we had to fight against the imagined order and we had to do quests to help out eventually after the imagined order lost all but tilted towers they started to build a doomsday device and eventually when they have very little territory left they build the collider which is activated with destroyed everything on the island as the origin put it everything in the loop gone just like that which led into a big battle with the mech vs the imagined order and we defeated the imagined order and took down the collider and then Jones and the foundation went after geno
Season 3 during the early parts of the season the scientist had us exploring artifacts that the zero point brought and eventually members of the seven disappeared so amie and the paradigm investigated this weird substance appearing on the island
Season 4 here we are the last season of chapter 3 The herald a part of the last reality arrives on the island and consumes the scientists the origin and the visitor but the paradigm escapes and goes to another reality reality 659 so Jones and amie had us investigating The herald plan and how we can stop it eventually the battle began and the herald consume the reality tree blowing up the island bringing us to now
Chapter 4 season 1 here we are a new world the last reality may come back soon the leader of the imagine orders is on the island and every single member of the seven is Mia so we'll just have to see where the story goes
the Zero Point really just went "That's it i'm taking everyone"

I was kicked and was too long. They overhyped Bytes, The Nothing, and Herald all season for what.
I spent 30+min of the fetch quest nonsense just for my game to crash when something else was finally about to happen 🤦🏽♀️
Can't believe I missed this insane event. I was too busy with things like blender and etc and I kinda slept on the recent season heh.

World of Fortcraft. Felt like I was playing an MMO. LOL! Cutscenes saved it obviously. New season map looks sick.

Ok so the Herald is the villain but no one is bothered that a tree with the Herald fused to it even though she is probably dead with chrome on the tree is fused to the new island like future villain or plot hole

All the past events were better, this one’s hot garbage
Greatest event ever
First it got hyped for over a week and had teasers most days
Second we got to sit in front of a tv in an empty void
Third we got to watch an imax level cutscene
Then we got to do a scavenger hunt for 35 mins
PS it kicked out any noob players so only the ogs could play the event
So all in all, this event was the greatest and not a waste of time!
Noobs yeah ive been playing since battle royale dropped and got kicked before i even got to see the cutscene.
This event was so boring, I actually considered leaving it and doing something else. I thought the end events would keep getting more insane, but we went from good, to incredible, to I want to take a nap
my family were at walmart when this happened i desided to stay because of the event
hoping it would be good. and it actually kind of did entertaind me, but i am still ad the side that the cutscenes should actually be playable parts.
there might be a loop of the fortnite reality, first we had chapter 1, it all got destroyed by a black hole, turned into the chapter 2 island, then it flipped to reveal chapter 3, then the fracture event arrived and destroyed the island once again, and with chapter 4 here, chapter 5 could possibly be building up on the flip side.
Nah Epic abandoned chapter 4 like a snap💀. I mean, it brought like 3-4 million players back so can you really blame them?

You know what the weird part of this was? Remember the intro event to Chapter 2 Season 6? If we had some amazing crazy event for the end of chapter 3 and then this as an intro event for chapter 4, I would've probably liked it a bit more.

You’d think with the bytes side quests involving the nothing talking directly to
him. You’d actually be able to directly see what they actually looked like right? Nah just do some construction for 35 minutes
I honestly thought Bytes was gonna be a key player in Chapter 3. Thought he was going to either be a henchman of the Herald or he was gonna be someone that fought against the Herald....but then they just kept him to quests that really weren't worth doing (even though I did them all) because all you got out of it was pickaxes that only he could use.
I surprised they event fixed the island after its all its wars.
Hopefully they'll be more map changes chapter 3 was mostly boring

Weirdest event, on windows 7 every flashback animation and the final island reveal was a white screen. My character got stuck for a minute as soon as I interacted with the flashback items so I decided not to interact with those.
The event was disappointing.
