I didn't mind that it happened, but it was so rushed and in-genuine, there was no love there. lance was basically a rebound allura was using to make herself feel better. and lance was just shoved into the romantic partner role and did literally nothing else the entire season. and then they just kill her off and make him just mourn her for the rest of his life even though their relationship lasted like a few days? weeks? I wish they had just done it justice, then I'd be happy anyway

In the fight he had against Haggar he went flying into one of the tubes holding The quintessence and his skin turned purple. This whole thing seemed to be just suddenly dropped without explanation. This has been bothering me for forever.
He was hit with a lighting rod of quintessence it burned his skin. His skin may have been purple from the burn or purple cuz that's the color of his inside flesh. It's really not that big of a plot hole
