  • Like-minded car and bike enthusiasts have been gathering for Cars & Coffee events for some time now. It's a simple concept where people can come and go as they please on a Sunday morning while enjoying a cup of coffee and engaging in conversations about cars and bikes. It's a great way to spend a Sunday morning and have time for other weekend activities.
Fletch reminisces about a previous Cars & Coffee event in Mudgee NSW before joining the Berrima Cars & Coffee crew. The event takes place at Schmokin Café, where friendly staff serve coffee, and attendees showcase their vehicles.
For instance, Frank showcases his 1976 VK Charger K13, a former highway patrol vehicle and track car. Peter brings his highly desirable 1972 Mercedes-Benz 350 SLC, fully optioned and in original condition. Fletch has a soft spot for this model and recalls his short-term ownership of a 70s Mercedes-Benz 380 SLC. Dave showcases his 1972 Ford XY Ute, a 12-year restoration project inspired by the Ford GT, which he upgraded with a 351 5.8-litre Cleveland engine and GT bucket seats.
If you're looking for a coffee and a chat on a Sunday morning, consider attending a Cars & Coffee event near you.
Fletch also discusses his "Tyre Dilemma," where he shares his research on finding new 14" tyres for his 1967 New Yorker.

Great job on the wheels Fletch. She looks so much better. Youre right too when you say you need a descent tyre wall to go with the width. Nice look.. And ride so much better.

The hub caps off the new Yorker would make a nice coffee table top with a sheet of glass over it. Aussie Graham. Nice vid too fletch.

Enjoyed the review of the cars in Berrima. Berrima sure is a really nice place. I like the wheels you put on your car. They look really good. Interesting to learn about all those reproduction wheels from the early model Australian made cars. Always find your reviews to be very interesting. Thanks Fletch.

Good to see a big turn out of cars and good for local businesses as well and all the B.S haha But it's about passing on knowledge to others that keeps us going 👍

Another great episode, Mr. Fletch. The car culture Down Yonder is rivaled only by ours up here in the States. Y’all down there shivering and in Lower Alabama we’re sweltering in mid 90f (32c down there)and above heat. Bring on the next show.

Fletch, didn’t the 15” rims raise the gearing? Enough to put the speedo out?

Nice cars plus … the town made famous by Berrima Diesel; and Toyota Australia’s attempt to stop them talking about a poorly designed part🙂!

I you look at F1 cars, they run a hi Profile Tyre, as the rubber is your suspension..
