It is. Bands get better over time, but there is also a lot of really really really really REALLY bad metal mixing in this era, which makes bad songs sound even worse.

Curtis is in my top 50 worst albums of 07. I’m a 50 fan but it was mad disappointing when it came out and still is today but I definitely wouldn’t rank it Top 10 because I think there’s far worser albums that year.
