- I wanted to build a diorama of the Battle of New York from the first Avengers movie. Now that LEGO released the Avengers tower, I thought it was the right time to combine both. Enjoy!

Thank you for including that part in the beginning about how Lego couldn't legally include the rest of the tower. Part of what makes MOCs so powerful is that you're allowed to do things that a company like Lego due to needing to make things for a wider audience, compared to simply making them for yourself.
That's why I try to include some funny stuff on my bigger builds. Little scenes that are funny or things like that. Things that LEGO is limited to due to having to keep it appropriate. Gets a laugh out of other people seeing them and myself

With amazing builds like this that include such design, detail, and imagination, pretty sure his account is fine. If he's not getting paid for magnificent builds like this, then shame on the ones not paying him, for this is genius. Along with his other MOC's, alternate builds and upgradings.
@@Nate-Great-Fate the bottom structure looks like it could be around 2000 maybe less and usually the price per piece is .10¢ on average, so he spent around $200 on the bottom and the actual tower is $499 so he spent in total $699 for this moc not including tax, also yes it would be a travesty if they didn't pay him.

A few years ago I said that you only built vehicles and not buildings... man was I wrong!!
There’s a few things about the tower that bother me and this was one of them. So cool man.
I also wish the make the tower higher and wider, but I know the price would be way to high. I also wish they had stairs. Hulk with the stairs in endgame scene would make more sense since they reference that heavily.

It's painful because the coloring is so different between the two but it is so cool. I wonder if there's a way to bring some of the tan accents to the higher part and some of the colors of the actual Tower to carry through the lower portion.

This is an absolutely phenomenal build! There’s only one thing missing, fill grand central station with a pile of sand! And recreate the iconic first level of Lego marvel superheros

Your stuff is so impressive! I wish I could create like you do! Me and my daughter are trying to build us a LEGO city, we use to build with my dad but unfortunately he passed last year so for 3 years we missed all the great sets lol, so we are trying our best to get corner garage, Voltron, palace cinema, pet shop, detective office, etc…but we plan on doing some of you moc for our city also! So thank you so much for the inspiration and amazing Mocs we love them! Merry Christmas

One gripe I had with this set was the lack of space for the team shot from the first film. I can 100% see lego making a "Battle of New York" modular-type set that could also be used as a base for the tower, including a bunch of minifigs and side builds, and a spot for the team shot from the first film. For legal reasons they'd probably have to avoid using the Metlife building, but they could probably work something else out.

I like how this way, the platform of the Avengers Tower is noticeably higher than the Daily Bugle sign.

Have you thought of modifying the top and back of the tower to look like Stark Tower from the Battle of New York in 2012 (seen in the first The Avengers & parts of Endgame)? I want to make the changes myself, but I am not good enough at brick math and techniques to get the features correctly.
