People are upset because Game Grumps was originally created as a little side thing with "two guys just chilling and playing some games". Now we have full time dedication to making money off Game Grumps and Arin in episodes saying that animating is pretty much a "side job" now. That animation of Luigi's ballad thing? If you look it up it was largely animated by an animation company. Went to Game Grumps loving Arin and saying who the hell is Jon, left saying fuck Arin and loving Jon. Arin is a sellout just like Danny.
So you are mad at them for growing and expanding? I still enjoy every episode and get good laughs out of them. Arin still releases animation from time to time and they have 3-4 episodes of GG a day, I don't see the problem.

Arin peaked with sequelitis, girlchan in paradise (by far my fav work of his), and a few other animations around that time. Ever since then its been a slow steady decline into his lets play thing with GG and starbomb. And his subscribers are just watching the whole thing itching for new content they'll never see. maybe this is why Jon left.
A friend just bought the CD for me, so I could get the pin too- seeing as the guys were nice enough to leave a three day window to buy. Keep up the good work Danny, Brian, and Arin! I'm looking forward to the next album.

I think Arin suffers from the same thing Jon from JonTron suffers from. They know it's been a long time since they've done stuff on their main channel, and the longer it takes, the more pressure to make sure that when they do release a video, it's worth the wait for the fans. That mixed with things like having a regular life, lack of inspiration/writers block and having other channels and projects going on makes it take long for a new animation to come out and that just goes right back into feeding his desire to want to make it worth the wait. It's a vicious cycle.
i dont know i lost all interest in sequelitis when i realized his point on videogames not needing tutorials because were not idiots and we can fellow subtle hints kinda gets contradicted every week on game grumps.

The key factor is where your attention is going to. When you're doing an LP your main focus is on making sure there isn't any awkward gaps in conversation and making the audience entertained - not playing the game well. When he's at home playing games on his own time I'm sure he's entirely different. Even if we throw everything I just said out the window and he is just flat out bad at games and needs a game to direct him, that doesn't make his point inaccurate or wrong - it just means it doesn't apply to him as a player.

The reason the Star Bomb videos are on Arin's channel is because Star Bomb is Ninja Sex Party + Egoraptor and Egoraptor has a bigger reach on CZcams than NSP does. The problem is that people think Star Bomb is just Game Grumps with Ninja Brian, which couldn't be farther from the truth.

They say you're not producing what they want, so they're unsubscribing. They won't support you anymore because you're not scratching some itch they have. Honestly, it's really sad. Not because they're right. Hell, no. It's sad because they're so dead wrong. Dude, you produce quality content all the time. Maybe not here, but through Game Grumps and all the other stuff you do, like this. Offering fans a small token of your appreciation and sympathy for their inconvenience. It wasn't your fault, but you paid money out-of-pocket for all of these pins so you could give back to some people that had trouble buying your product. Your content isn't just what videos come out on your Egoraptor channel, your content is everything that Egoraptor does, and Egoraptor's a great guy. SwiftOracle We weren't getting many animations to begin with, even before StarBomb. I see StarBomb as a double dose of Egoraptor and NSP, which easily makes up for the lack of animations. I admit, I'm really hankering for a Metal Gear Awesome 3, but the GG keep me coming back daily. I prefer the constant, daily dose of Ego as opposed to the one 15 minute dose every few months or longer.
I don't count Game Grumps as Egoraptor content, I hardly consider that content at all. Just people sitting around playing video games while talking? That not very fun to me... at all. And I would rather wait months for an Awesome cartoon or Girl Chan than some crappy song. I think Arin suffers from the same thing Jon from JonTron suffers from. They know it's been a long time since they've done stuff on their main channel, and the longer it takes, the more pressure to make sure that when they do release a video, it's worth the wait for the fans. That mixed with things like having a regular life, lack of inspiration/writers block and having other channels and projects going on makes it take long for a new animation to come out and that just goes right back into feeding his desire to want to make it worth the wait. It's a vicious cycle.

The key factor is where your attention is going to. When you're doing an LP your main focus is on making sure there isn't any awkward gaps in conversation and making the audience entertained - not playing the game well. When he's at home playing games on his own time I'm sure he's entirely different.
Even if we throw everything I just said out the window and he is just flat out bad at games and needs a game to direct him, that doesn't make his point inaccurate or wrong - it just means it doesn't apply to him as a player.

The reason the Star Bomb videos are on Arin's channel is because Star Bomb is Ninja Sex Party + Egoraptor and Egoraptor has a bigger reach on CZcams than NSP does. The problem is that people think Star Bomb is just Game Grumps with Ninja Brian, which couldn't be farther from the truth.

They say you're not producing what they want, so they're unsubscribing. They won't support you anymore because you're not scratching some itch they have. Honestly, it's really sad. Not because they're right. Hell, no. It's sad because they're so dead wrong. Dude, you produce quality content all the time. Maybe not here, but through Game Grumps and all the other stuff you do, like this. Offering fans a small token of your appreciation and sympathy for their inconvenience. You know what, I'm really glad Jon left game grumps! He puts out content monthly, and he's great at comedy. Unlike this guy, though a great voice actor and fantastic animator, isn't the best lets player. Now I understand animation takes ages to complete, but I feel that perhaps am original animation sometime before Christmas would quell the anger of all the people who scream unsub at the top of their lungs. SwiftOracle Understandable, but personally, I love Starbomb, so I'm hyped as fuck to hear about a new album.
SwiftOracle We weren't getting many animations to begin with, even before StarBomb. I see StarBomb as a double dose of Egoraptor and NSP, which easily makes up for the lack of animations. I admit, I'm really hankering for a Metal Gear Awesome 3, but the GG keep me coming back daily. I prefer the constant, daily dose of Ego as opposed to the one 15 minute dose every few months or longer.
I don't count Game Grumps as Egoraptor content, I hardly consider that content at all. Just people sitting around playing video games while talking? That not very fun to me... at all. And I would rather wait months for an Awesome cartoon or Girl Chan than some crappy song. I was dying when I first watched Awesome Reach, Awesome Chaotix, Pokeawesome, Metal Gear Awesome 1/2, Girl Chan and Sequelitis, but we may never get those for a very long time just because he wants to make Game Grumps (All though I do like Game Grumps animated, heck, I made one myself) and StarBomb.
