Wow, when Kapiel said "Let's say you're a Cancer ascendant" I thought to myself "Yup I'm a cancer rising. Wish he took a look on my natal chart though". Kapiel then said "And your moon is in the 4th house" I was like "Holy crap, in my chart it is!! Wish he knew it's in Libra" and then when he said "In the sign of Libra" and I was like "Hooooly shit"

I tried doing one Arudha Lagna method to calculate mine once in my birth chart a few years ago.
The image that I'm giving to "people", that is exactly that I just noticed after watching a Greek Mythological Tale from Ancient times video regarding Zeus Jupiter in relationship with Ganymede.
The Arudha Lagna in my case showed me Aquarius,and I just realized that in my life people always saw me as a "rebel" and would always call me a "strange kid" or "different" but interestingly enough I have never seen myself like that. For the past few years I have been carrying water in my house,along the city and especially in my neighborhood. The boy that carries and pours water. But I personally did not notice It until now. I'm simply amazed and decided to share up with you.
I would also be a carrier for people's happiness and environment like a community person that likes to create in people Aquarius like environments that are related to either social debates in personal problems or friendship scenarios.
In the Greek Mythology,Jupiter becomes in love with Ganymede's beauty and then kidnaps him in eagle form after getting angry from his wife's jealousy and after having sexual intercourse with Ganymede he then turns him immortal in the stars at Mount Olympus turning him into the constellation of Aquarius. I did not noticed that much until now. I'm a moon person and Ganymede's old tale became the name of the big moon from Jupiter. I just had an imensive experience with Jupiter in my life very similar to this. Wanted to share with you about Aquarius Arudha Lagna in the birth chart + having Jupiter as a strong planet meaning attracting a "husband" or a "Father" figure and which Aquarius (Ganymedes) becomes the 7th house,the shadow,of the Leo constellation 9th House of my own sign Sagittarius Jupiter in the 9th house itself + Sun in the same sign rulling Leo 5th house.
How these signs manifested all together It's simply outstanding because I wasn't expecting that far into It.
I am happy that you tell this now. I am struggling with this right at the moment. Regarding my colleagues and also previous moments in my life with friends and colleagues. I always try to be so open and friendly , funny and honest about me and my feelings. I sometimes wonder if I am too honest about myself and my mistakes. People just don't take me seriously. If I say what I think on a serious work mather, they start arguing with me or always criticize me on very little small points. Points that not even matter, just to say something and light up their ego. Always when a lot of people are around. I always take it, trying too see it as honest advice. But when I start giving my boundaries and speak about how it doesn't matter and give my opinion back: people say I am angry, in a bad mood or they just don't talk to me the whole day.

Great! thanks for sharing this technique. My Graha arudha is virgo aspected only by mercury+venus+jupiter (in both parashara or rasi aspect). I have notice no matter what I do, if I mess up at work or do or say something rude, people always just laugh it off and/or forgive me right away I have a friend who if he does anything similar he gets hate and people mad at him , his graha arudha is capricorn with ketu in it, aspected by debilitated mars(+if rasi aspect, then by a weak sun+saturn too).

For any person if his ascendant lord is in Ascendant than all the 3 Lagna, Arudha Lagna and Graha Arudha is same.

If I'm correct on the info provided, then if I am Aries rising and mars is in libra, then that's 7 spaces from libra to Aries and Aries 7 places is libra again. So I try to seem like a libra. Might be confusing to read, sorry.

which method of arudha calculation should we use? I notice the report uses KN Rao "no exceptions" ex: someone can have Arudha in 1 or 7th house.
But then many others use it "with exception" where example if ascendant lord in 10, then AL becomes 4th house, not 7th. ? which do you prefer?
yeap, I rely on K.N. Rao's method. However, there great confusion in this, so just work with graha arudha vs. Arudha lagna in case you follow dharmbanga method.
So help me on this: I'm an aquarius ascendant. My Arudha Lagna is libra. Libra in my birthchart is in the 9th house. My ascendant lord (Saturn) is in the 11th house in saggitarius. My Ghrehe Arutra is in the third house, Aries. But since I am an aquarius, my Rahu is also my Grehe Arutra. My rahu is in the 12th house in capricorn. If I understand this correctly. I would like to come across as a libra. Wich is always seeking for a connection (relationship) with the other. Forming identity with the other. The 9th house is that I want people to show my spirituality and higher education , my traveling and knowledge. Giving for the other person. A giver. But other people see me as a goalgetter, a direct energetic person, who takes action. If third house has any involveness, people would also think I am very talkative , youthful and communicative. Wich I do think I am. With rahu involved (12th house, capricorn) people would also think I am business oriented, practical. But also a dreamer and like to be in isolation? I do not fully understand my Arudha Lagna.. can somebody tell me what is correct and what not?

Vinu Rengabashyam - what sign is your Mars placed in? Count that sign and how many signs from your Mars to Scorpio. Then count that same number from Ascendant
I'm normally really good at this, but I'm really confused. You need to use a chart when you explain this, my brain is like scrambled eggs trying to figure this out. Explain to me how Libra is ten houses from Cancer, shouldn't it be 8?
I was confused also but it seems that in this case he meant "steps" so maybe you count the sign as well, like 11 house to 1 house is "3 steps" and then you add this to the first house counting it, therefore gemini... I was like wow))) therefore if you count libra and cancer you have "10 steps"... I'd really appreciate more info on this...

Phoenix Nebula - what sign is your Mercury in? If it's in the 10th house in Gemini then count Gemini to Virgo which is 4 signs. Then count four signs from Virgo & you get Sagittarius.

I read a comment down below where someone was saying you don't count 1 house or 7 houses and instead count 10 houses from either the 1 or 7. so for example I am Gemini ascendant with mercury in my 7th house. that is 7 houses away so I would count 10 houses from the 7th which would put it at my 4th house Virgo. my Venus is also in my 7th house which is 4 houses away so 4 houses from my 7th would be my Tenth house Pisces.

I'm a piscean ascendant with venus in first house and my ascendant lord Jupiter is in 7th house.. so following his rules, I have to count 7th places from the ascendant lord which will basically be pisces again so I came to where I started from... :/
I'm actually confused. If natal ascendant is Sagittarius (guru in pisces) and arudha lagna is pisces, do I bother counting 10 houses away from Sagittarius to find G. Arudha? jupiter is already in one of its signs...
